The guy Afroz from room cleaning staff was great with really nice and positive attitude Great location, with perfect view. In reception everybody was very welcome and helpful.
That was actually small thing but destroyed every good feeling about the hotel. The hotel made some trial fire alarm during the night at 2am. This would be understandable because it is for our safety actually, but the attitude of the staff who organised it was just awful. They got out from the hotel all the guests, but for them it was just a fun, like we are in kindergarten!

Without any doubt, Jannah hotel is simple the best experience of hotelier in Abu Dhabi . State of the art facilities, delightful customer services provided by all staff. I would strongly recommend. The price is appropriate. Beautiful property. Relaxing and very good location 10/10 They allocate all my demanding requests
