It was a family holiday with our 6 years old son. We were on half-board. We arrived the hotel around 01.00 and could have something to drink and eat at the restaurant. The meal was always delicious and had big selection of food. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of hotel was near the grey sandy beach.
The room was on the 6th foor but we could hear noise from bart at night. We had to pay for teh drink at dinner.

It was a nice location if you're looking for a laid back trip. Out of the main hussle and bussle. Welcome juice on arrival was nice. Breakfast great! Activities staff very friendly.
Reception staff were not overly friendly when approaching them. It was overpriced and definitely not what I would class as a four star hotel. The toilet was leaking, when we arrived the third bed had been half made, the door on the room wide open and the mattresses were old and all you could feel the springs when trying to sleep. There was also no room information, you did not know how to contact reception or dial out. There was no hotel information on activities provided.

Meal was very goods and location is perfect.
The beds in the room are not very comfortable.
