Excellent hotel; perfect location; very good animation for kids

Mediocre restaurants. Drinks and food expensive.Premium De Luxe Room with sea view: somewhat poor view of the sea and closed in balcony.Better towels.

room was great, very clean and spacious. Nice walk to the beaches close to playa de las america.Staff is very formal

Although the hotel was only 35% full the sunbathing area on the lawned area as well as by the poolside was excellent and spacious. The breakfast was well provided for with free champagne if you wanted it.

The prices charged for drinks and snacks were expensive, which we were warned about by the locals! I.E. 4.5 euros for half a litre of bottled water, which resulted in many people going to the local spa, across the road and stocking up with provisions, slightly embarassing when re- entering through the main entrance but unusally the staff did nit seem to mind this and on a good note we were actually provided with an empty 2nd fridge in our room, which we were told was for our own personal use
