The Patio Suite Hotel

Tasty food, well equipped and spacious room, cleaning, beach near the hotel (15min walking from the beautiful beach, there is a hotel bus coming few times a day)

Very loud pipes in the room on a ground floor - water coming down makes horrible noise and makes it impossible to sleep. We reported this at the reception but we have been handled very poorly. First person said this was the type of the room we have rented and they all will be the same, but promised to send the technician to our room. When we approached the reception in the evening again to ask how they plan to solve it we have met extremely rude and arrogant, short older man who behaved like we were lying and told us with the silly smile to call him at night when we hear the noise again. This behavior is not acceptable at any means, especially in the 4 star hotel. All inclusive option was not satisfying. Food was very tasty but repetitive with limited choice .Everyday they served the same fast food (burgers and hot dogs) plus one type of meat and fish. However we managed to try some sea food which was good. There were always queues to the restaurant. At the bar all inc. option is very limited. There is no cocktail menu but only one "cocktail of the day". Aside that, the choice of alcohol is fine but you can only have something simple like rum and coke...After waiting in the huge queue. Compering to other 4 star hotels we have visited, Alpinus seems overrated but you should have in mind that this is what you get for the price. However disrespectful service at the reception should have never happened!
