The location and the accommodation.

The staffs attitude...the girls were more worried about me hiring their one and only wonky wheeled small radiator for our bungalow because they couldn't fix the air conditioning.

LO que más me ha gustado fue la ubicación, estaba cerca de todo sin necesidad de coger el coche

Las instalaciones, para ser un cuatro estrellas, no cumplieron mis espectativas, la habitación parecía más grande por fotos, entraba el olor de otras habitaciones al cocinar, muebles muy anticuados, etc etc...

We stayed in the two bed bungalow which was very spacious and clean with a lovely safe garden area if you were to take small children. It was end of November when we visited so it was very cold at night, the heating was not working but they did fix it the next day. We didn't use any of the other facilities but everything looked good and would like to visit again in the summer when everything is open and busy.

As expected most bars/cafes were closed as it was the end of November, however there were a few lively bars on the strip open that were good. Namely Albertus, the staff were brilliant. However, even though its only a short distance back to the hotel, I would recommend getting a taxi back at night for 5 euros as it didn't feel very safe to walk back late at night.
