Great Location, beautiful view from room. Clean hotel and competent staff.

My husband and I stayed here on our trip to the Netherlands. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. There is a lovely atrium in the lobby area which also has tea, coffee and delicious infused water. What a lovely place to relax

We only had a one night layover but thie hotel was just beautiful. First, the Lobby area is stunning and they provide hot drinks and snacks throughout the day and night. We were upgraded to a canal view room and staff was great. Loved this hotel.

The availability of waters and tea and coffee. The lounge area for drinks was nice too.

Not really. Maybe a menu for breakfast would be nice. I think the price for the buffet breakfast was too high.

I loved the individuality of each room and the the hotel is a boutique hotel. The little things, the coffee, latte, hot coco with little tasty treats that were in the lobby for our enjoyment. Excellent choice of hotel for us and our stay.

No not really, I guess the only thing would be that we had to turn our room key in each time we left and had to pick it up on the way in. It wasn't that we had to turn it in and out, but we felt we were interrupting the front desk staff. But no biggie

Great interior in common areas and in the room, comfortable bed, very clean. Friendly stuff. Good restaurant, food served till 11 pm. Very good breakfast.

No one was available to help us with luggage.

A beautiful hotel...an oasis from the busy area of Amsterdam. Loved the decor and fresh flowers brought in each day. Beautiful flower, butterfly and dragonfly wall paper and motifs. Very nice restaurant and food quality. Service par extraordinaire!

Loved it! In all my years of hotel travel this little gem rates at the top!
