    Bed and pillows were comfortable.

    The menu and the lack of diverse items on the menu. Food was mediocre. Need a full service kitchen.

    I love everything about this hotel. I can’t recall a anything bad about this hotel I love how everything is technologically driven which amazed me. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding though I had some issues with my payment. I ‘m definitely coming back.

    For the price I paid. I got a premium service !!!! The location is only downside however it’s only 1 minuets away from the metro

    Very modern and clean.

    We had a fire drill 6am which we never got told the reason why it happend. Also we had to pay a £300 deposit on arrival but when it was refunded it was £20 short which I assume is due to the exchange rate.

“Everything! Clean modern and fantastic roof restaurant and bar!”
“Everything was excellent! Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great, about 2 minutes from subway station. Breakfast was delicious, great choice of meals. Bar on 21st floor is amazing, especially in the evening. We rate iPads in rooms as very modern. Whole design of hotel is superb. We loved every detail in room for example fresh water everyday, umbrella, bag for shopping, hair dryer, room service and of course the view.”
“This the best hotel location for me in Amsterdam, 10 min away by metro to downtown. Very nice area and quite. This the best option if you are looking for relax and rest after along walk in Amsterdam. Everything in the hotel is just perfect. Room is big and view is great. Food is a the only thing is matter if you are not into vegetarian food. The hotel chef focus mostly in vegan and healthy food. However, you have many close restaurants to eat.”
