Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

Nice room with a beautiful river view (upgrade option). Big comfortable bed and soft sheets. Excellent breakfast options. All the staff friendly and courteous. Easy access to river boats. Nice pool.

Services from the staff was great.Location is very good with good accessibility to the BTS to downtown and the river shuttle along the chao phraya river. Food easily accessible with several restuarants in the hotel and also variety of different eating places / restuarants outside. Breakfast in general was better than most hotel in bangkok. Overall a great experience.

Breakfast in general was better than most hotel in bangkok but may be replenish a little faster because it has a big crowd since it is a big hotel.

The rooms were an excellent size with a great view of the river. The staff were very helpful and the dinner and breakfast were both wide variety and beautifully presented. Overall a first class hotel.

great location, lovely room. Breakfast amazing, so much to chose from. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed with family in grand suit room at 18th floor on river side. The room is enough wide and comfortable for family. A view from room was so nice. Although we arrived hotel at 6:00am, staff kindly arranged a room for us quickly and warmly with cheaper extra cost.All of staff were kind for us. The pool at 6th floor Is also nice and wide. We could have memorial stay. In a next visit, we would like to stay a room where we can see north view. Thanks and see you again.
