Excellent service from concierge to front desk to house keeping World recognized hotel on site for thai food. Really excellent and we were fortunate the front desk was able to get us reservations at the last minute
Not as much to walk around and see as compared to hotels in the sukomvit area, but still excellent restaurants in the embassy//commercial area though and still somethings to walk to in the evening, you just had to well, walk a bit more

The staff. First room smelled dank and moldy and claustrophobic. Staff upgraded us to bigger and fresher smelling room. My wife became ill and they helped us find a doctor. brought medicine and constantly brought ice and water. The utmost of service!
first room they put us in was small and did not smell good.
