Lovely hotel with unique design.The bed was very comfortable, so as the pillows.Nice interior design and decoration.Bathroom amenities were very good

We loved the pool! It was quiet and relaxing.

I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels! The room was exactly like the photo, clean, massive and luxurious but a little on the tacky side decor-wise, a little bit MTV cribs from the 90s, but fun nonetheless! The gym was great, the pool was nice (could do with a facelift if I'm honest but still good.) The staff were beyond amazing and when I had a small grumble about something wrong with our key cards they gave us a free breakfast which I thought was amazing because I didn't even ask for that. They were very welcoming, even when you pass them in the hallway. You can see other guests are also enjoying the hotel, everyone was is a good mood! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and I've traveled a lot. I was so relieved to have found this hotel because I actually checked out of a dire hotel near the station a tour operator had booked us on, it was filthy and rank. So to come to the W Hotel really made our trip to Bangkok!

I thought that the price of the laundry service was really over the top. I paid £50 to have just three t-shirts, two shirts and three pairs of shorts laundered. I think they should have a laundry room. Their Whisky sour was also below par they need to work on that.

Everything was perfect, staff, attention to detail, just absolutely perfect can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel, lovely staff, great experience.

Too dark in the halls, bedroom, and in some places in the hotel. Not sure why they don't have sufficient light throughout the hotel.

Un Hotel Estupendo

Siempre hemos disfrutado de W Scottsdale y pensamos que no podíamos equivocarnos con W Bangkok. Muy moderno, en el corazón de toda la acción, ya sea que esté buscando un espectáculo de ping pong en el distrito de luz roja o una fina noche de restaurantes y bebidas en el bar Sky cercano (que aparece en la película Hangover) o en el bar Moon, o ver los lugares de interés como el palacio real o los templos cercanos.
