Great hotel, lovely staff, great experience.
Too dark in the halls, bedroom, and in some places in the hotel. Not sure why they don't have sufficient light throughout the hotel.

Location
For a 5 Star/W property we were very disappointed. The room very small, bathroom small and outdated. Room had musty odor. Pool was closed for repairs (we understand the need to do this but not good for us).

Great Hotel
We've always enjoyed W Scottsdale and figured we couldn't go wrong with W Bangkok. Very modern, in the heart of all the action whether you're looking for a ping pong show in the red light district or a fine evening of dining and drinks at nearby sky bar (featured in the Hangover movie) or Moon bar, or seeing the sights like the royal palace or nearby temples.
