    Pleasant room but the reception couldn't provide information to the main attractions in Basel, but the tram is very near which we could travel around easily and ask information there.We were there at Sunday and sat, the reception is close and no one is there if you need help. They didn't replace any towel,clean the room or any other basic stuff used to provide in hotel.

    If the reception could provide the address or information to the attractions will be great. Even we meet on sun and sat, they didn't replace or give new towels or clean the room.

    Price is expensive, the air in rooms smells bad, no internet, no breakfast, no telephone, no restaurant...
