La habitación fué mejor de lo que me pareció por fotos. Personal muy amable, nos regalaron un dulce típico de Basilea al llegar y un detalle al irnos. Habitación muy amplia para ir con niños, con dos baños y todo muy limpio. Desayuno muy completo en un salón precioso. El hotel esta justo enfrente de la estación central de trenes, perfecto para llegar en 2 minutos y a 10 minutos del centro.

The location was good and the staff very friendly and efficient. There was a Swiss restaurant next to the hotel which the staff recommended, and the food was delicious. The beer nice too. Läderach, my favorite chocolate in the world, has a location in the train station across the street from the hotel. Perfect!
The room was pretty small - which I selected because we only had a one night stay over. As we were across from the train station- which I also selected and knew in advance - the cable cars/trans kept coming and going late into the evening and again early the next morning. So, this is a pretty active area and a bit noisy.......

The location couldn’t be better; the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They do achieve their motto: arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
Rooms were not well lit
No s’ha trobat cap valoració. Prova de suprimir un filtre, canviar la cerca o restableix-ho tot per veure valoracions.
