Microhotel

Very friendly staff. Being picked up from the airport without complaint was very helpful even though it was 10:30pm on a Sunday, following a flight delay. Brilliant and spacious room. Lovely to have a balcony. Also good to have a bath in the bathroom and not just a shower. Kettle was also provided. The Basel card is great for using public transport, including the final transfer back to the airport (combined with initial pickup I therefore didn't spend a penny on public transport all week). Location of hotel wasvvery convenient for everything I needed to do.

Didn't seem to be able to access English-speaking TV apart from News Channels. I could flick to them (eg Film4) but the screen was blank. Wifi sometimes dropped out. Duvet cover a little uncomfortable for me. Finally: the price was quite high, but not untypical for Basel, unfortunately. None of this would prevent me coming back to this hotel however.

Great location, good sized comfy rooms and amazingly nice staff! Surely will go back again once travel to Basel!

Nothing, just understand it's not a flash 5 star, and it's a little peripheral, but with the trams, no bother

First at all, it wouldn't have expected such great quality for the cost, the best ever! Then, location is also excellent, because it's 5 minutes walking from the congress center in Basel, where I went for business.
