son apartamentos super completo : cocina equipada compl., baño con bañera gde y plato de ducha, lavabo doble, salon sofa cama, dorm. grde de dos camas con arm. empotrados, la terraza gde con mesa y silla con vista a la picina y el mar....fenomenal, el bufet super completo y buenisimo estamos encantadas con todo asi que el personal de recepcion super eficientes y simpaticas . volveremos seguro.

lo unico que no me cuadra es la reserva por internet no corresponde con lo que ofrece el hotel, ejemplo el hotel te propone el todo incluido y por internet no da esta opcion, la media pension se supone que es desayuno y cena sin embargo alli puedes cambiar la cena por almuerzo por internet no pude efectuar ese cambio.

Relaxing atmosphere - consideration for the children for halloween - staff were lovely - nice atmosphere in the restaurants.

food was lovely and plentiful just not hot enough - didnt think it was fair that they took your wrist bands off you at 12 oclock noon on the day of departure - considering we didnt check in until 11pm on the Monday

The hotel was perfect for our 2 children, the pool very safe for our 1 year old.

Disappointed that the slides at the beach club and wave pool were closed . Our only other problem was flies, they were everywhere!! Very annoying at the hotel and at beach club, they drove us mad. I know the hotel can't do anything about them and it probably was something to do with the time of year

It was a fantastic holiday destination for us. The weather was perfect, the food was excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment.

the staff were very nice the hotel was amazeing great place for a family to relax i will be going back next year with me family.
