I lost my precious glass in the room on the 2nd day. And nobody can help us to find it.

it was the worst experience I ever had, starting from the reception staff which FYI was a trainee who kept going back office to check for every requirement I have. the front desk supervisor was rude and they have this stupid policy to charge me deposit in Euros and to return it in Hungary Front. I really don't recommend it even to homeless people.

“A great hotel. Friendly and attentive staff and a terrific location. The Concierge was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I had an issue in our room and it was rectified promptly. No only that, I was greeted by the lovely Alexandra Schmidt, Director of Sales & Marketing, who also contacted me the day after to check that everything was to my satisfaction. This hotel has it all, outstanding breakfast buffet, spacious rooms and great views. I highly recommend this hotel!”
