The architecture inside the hotel was amazing, and well the breakfast that was apart of the room rate. I love that everyday there is an instrument being played in the dining area.

The breakfast location is amazing, beside the NY cafe. The buffet and the stuff availability was perfect
the room was actualy in the aside bulding, connected with the main but with less fashion. this was not clear durign the booking

Salon restaurant was superb. Great food and fantastic service. Really liked the live music in the cafe.
Lack of cleanliness, lack of sockets, bathroom wasn't very clean either. Breakfast was average. In general the building is great, but the rooms themselves need to be refurbished. Ok for an average hotel but not a 5-star one.

The front desk was unfriendly and made us feel as if we were not important. Arrogant and unapproachable!

“Peter in the restaurant was the best waiter I have ever experienced he was solely intent on making us happy. His knowledge of the menu and the wine was best in class. I would stay there again just to have him as our waiter. He is truly a brand ambassador”

“Check-in was at 3 PM, but our room was not ready for us. We were very surprised when a lovely receptionist said, you are getting different room (bigger with big terrace on the 7th floor) so we did’t wait a minute! We had one beautiful day in this hotel. They brought a plate with fresh fruit after maybe 30 minutes, that was so nice. I can’t even describe how gorgeous this hotel looks from inside, the atmosphere is amazing, live music is the best. And the last thing BREAKFAST wow again the space we had breakfast in was beautiful and loads of options what you can choose. Top quality, healthy products, champagne with strawberries, best sausages ever and many more. LOVE IT.”
