The 4stars are well deserved!! Friendy staff and helpful, location, breakfast and all were just right on. The room we had was from super nice. Old style to make you feel back in time but updated with all the comfort you need.

Roula was extraordinarily helpful arranging taxi rides, car rentals, and transferring our luggage from the hotel to the car. The hotel is wonderfully beautiful and quirky, breakfast was delicious, and the location for walking around Old Town Chania was superb.
There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms and some rooms have steep stairs inside the room. It adds to the charm but might be difficult for someone who isn’t very mobile, in a wheelchair, or a stroller. All of Old Town is pedestrian only so it requires a bit of a walk from the closest parking spot.
