You have been very successful in chosing and training the staff. In my mind it is the most important factor in the hotel business. All of them show a very good balance between being well informed, interested to help, but not imposing their knowledge and "selling" at every moment. The best way to sell is to provide a service that the customer appreciates and want to have more of and that is what Soraia in the Spa managed to do for me and my wife. She should be commended for her professionalism and pleasant appearance.

It would facilitate to have a place where you can hang robes and towels in connection with the saunas. It is now very important to maintain properly all the nice installations. The shower outside the sauna was not working when we were there.

Fantastic location, excellent staff. Room comfortable and spa facilities first class.

El confort de la habitacion, vistas espectaculares, naturaleza al alcance de la mano y un spa espectacular en la que la atencion ha sido excelente en los tratamientos.

The very good swimmingpool, the building and the way it was carefully build, the nice staff, the fair breakfast...

That there´s no full information on the website about the extras: for instance that you have to pay €5,00 for the swimmcap (that is compulsory); that the extra bed, is an extra maplebed and not a bed...

A la mis amigos solo les enseño las fotos y se les cae la baba. Por supuesto no les digo donde está sino dejará de tener encanto. Todo fenomenal, el hotel, la comida y sobre todo su piscina interior/exterior.

Lo pienso pero no se me ocurre nada.

It is realy a hotel where you can relax with luxary - in a spectarcular enviorement. The Auquadome is perfect.
