Pure luxury- staff and service are the best I have experienced all over the world. Evident that the training and management are excellent here. Loved the executive lounge and transfers were excellent. Every member of staff is friendly and polite, food and housekeeping are flawless, a leader in hoteliers as far as I’m concerned and I’ve worked for Hilton but this was next level.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. No request was too small. The hotel was recommended by a family member and it exceeded my expectations.
