We came here after coming to jumeirah beach for years and are used to the normal facilities we use eg club lounge. We came to the hotel and were then informed about all the changes that no one thought to tell us before we went. There was work getting down in half the hotel so the noise was very disturbing especially for a baby. Also half the restaurants were shut that we normally visit and had no idea about until we arrived. The beach club was also closed. Then we got told about changes to the premium club lounge which you pay extra to be in. The times are ridiculous, I don’t know how they can think this will work. For what Is normally an amazing holiday, this time all the family were disappointed to say the least when we arrived after being notified of all the ongoing work and the changes to club.
