Staff is very good.

Room windows were not clean.

The staffs are friendly and very helpful with our questions, because this is our first time to Dubai. The room is amazing! Clean and comfortable. We ordered room service because we arrived late at night and unlike most hotel, the food is delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

En la bienvenida del hotel te regalan un collar y realizan una pequeña ceremonia de acojida, también te da un refresco. El hotel huele maravillosamente.El personal es muy amable y todo son facilidades. La habitación estava impecable y muy bién insonorizada.El buffet del desayuno era impresionante y el restaurante precioso.

Everything was on a grand scale

I did request a room with a view of the tower and that apparently was available on internet booking ,but when we checked in we were told it wasn’t so would be given another room which was bigger but was not told it would be more expensive, the whole idea was to see the tower we didn’t and had to pay more .?!

Neat and clean rooms and corridors. Friendly staffs. Good options if restaurants
