I was the only person in the room so that was a bonus. Nice breakfast
The hostel closed down so I had to find somewhere else to stay. The prices were extortionate for St Patrick's Day even though the events in Dublin had been cancelled

Great location, close to everything. The room was warm. Light and access to charging points even on top bunk. Free breakfast. Great value for money. Female only showers. Staff always willing to help. A free and balanced breakfast. How easy it was to make friends. Nice to have a kitchen where you can prepare your own food if needs be.
The signs in the bathroom for example about not leaving your towels there came across in a passive aggressive tone. You might want to reconsider some of the wording there. With windows open the dining area was cold. The socialising area was a little disappointing, could do with improving (the cinema was just a tv, not much selection of books in the reading area and could do with some comfy chairs. Could introduce some board games there). The door in room 27 was a pain to try and open.

The location was very good, the staff were super enthusiastic and helpful and even asked at the end of my stay if there were any issues
We definitely got what we paid for during Saint Patricks Day weekend, but the 32 beds per room is a lot and they should really restrict this especially during this coronavirus crisis... Someone in another bed kept us up the whole night coughing which was extremely concerning to us

The perfect location in the center. It is very clean in all premises, the good breakfast with fruits. 24/7h reception is very good if you arrive late or depart early. I stayed in the 6-bed room for 3 nights and it was almost empty (due to the coronavirus may be). Bathrooms are very clean and hot water is all time.
The card to the door gives an access to different rooms, not only to the room where you stay. During evening it happened several times when people entered the room but they didn't have their stuff in the room, they were looking for their place, although the number is written on the door. At night on 13 March (St Patrick's day) a drunk couple living a few rooms further entered to my room to have sex in the room just because they saw empty beds. I stayed in the 6-bed room. Then a guy peed in the corner where people left the shoes.

The staff is trying to financially ripping off guests. Nobody is paying attention to thefts. Staff is not trustworthy when things got lost in the hostel. Also prompting guest to leave the breakfast room,even if you not finished. Also do not put to much food on your plate or stop talking while having breakfast. Very unprofessional behavior, poor hospitality. Discrimination.
