Muy bien situado

La ubicación era genial. El restaurante tiene un muy buen buffet de desayuno. El personal era amable. La piscina y la zona de spa eran agradables.

El baño de hombres del spa podría ser limpiado y ordenado.

Excelente ubicación justo al lado de Edinburgh Waverley y Royal Mile. El personal era cortés y atento. Reservamos una habitación doble (me alojé con mi hermano), pero la reserva estaba registrada como una doble (a través de kayak/booking.com), pero la ordenaron rápida y eficientemente.

Las habitaciones del hotel son bastante cálidas y el aire acondicionado es ineficaz.

Location was excellent. Prices were reasonable

My room was small and stuffy. I'm not going to complain about lack of A/C as this was in Edinburgh, but my tiny room had no circulation and was warmer than the ambient temperature. I found it difficult to sleep at night until I requested and received a fan. Unfortunately, the first night after getting the fan some idiot set off the fire alarm at 0300 and I had to get up at 0500.

Although this was a brief trip the standard of room, staff and facilities were excellent.

La Habitación con unas vistas maravillosas!! y una decoración muy antigua para nuestro gusto. Pudimos comprobar a las 02:00h que la alarma contra incendios funciona a la perfección. La ubicación nos permitio conocer caminando los puntos de interés de esta bella ciudad.

Exellent location

Parking was my only issue and i thought the bar prices were expensive for the quality of the drinks but there are better bars within walking distance so not a major issue.

En general todo bien, sobre todo el trato recibido por el personal de rececpcion y dar las gracias a Luna y Javi.

Que la limpieza de la habitación la hacian muy tarde.
