Residence Inn by Marriott Edinburgh

The reception staff was awesome. The bathroom in the room however is where I had an issue. I didn’t notice until I took a shower that night but there was mold ALL OVER the ceiling and in the corners of the bathroom. I brought it up to the staff in the morning and they said that they would get it cleaned off. I came back to the room that evening and there was still mold on the ceiling. I looked like they tried to get off some of the bigger spots and then just gave up half way through. It was brought up to them again and I got the same BS answer/result. Luckily we were checking out the next morning. I definitely won’t be staying here again. The staff can’t even take mold issues that can affect someone health seriously.
