Desavantatges: Lied on price/charges a rental that suppost to 129€ endup at near 500€

Desavantatges: Had to wait a huge que and learned that 7€ price is a way to rip of customers. They told me no insurance and if I pay 39€ they still had to block 2000€ From my Card. I ended up paying 45€ . Unacceptable

Unable to pick up a car due to a reason not mentioned in T and C

Desavantatges: My credit card was expiring at the end of the month, so they wouldn't let me pick up a car even though it was a one day rental at the beginning of the month. We were left stuck in Lisbon and had to take a 50km Uber ride back to our accommodation.

Desavantatges: Hello, I didn't get a car because they asked me for original passport But I didn't have it with me, I didn't know that for rent a car I need a have passport. so disappointed.

Desavantatges: Hidden fees and no explicit mention of no MTPL insurance..on the other hand we couldnt book it online without some additional /rather unnecessary/ insurance.

Tough to overcome 1st impressions

Avantatges: The car was fine.

Desavantatges: The 2 hour wait at the airport to get to the counter to pick up the car. The car's exterior was dirty. We ordered a GPS device. It was provided at a ridiculous price and simply handed to us without any directions or instruction manual. I've never used one and it was not very intuitive. It also didn't work multiple times during our trip.
