Always clean rooms comfortable bed.reception staff are fab especially beatrix who cant help you enough so friendly and polite.
Asked for late checkout as my flight was changed so agreed 12 check out ,only to be woke by cleaners at 9.50 am asking me to leave the room then repaetedly nock and call doorbell every 5 minutes safe to say I was not happy.

The pools are amazing and the rooms have everything you need
Our towels were never changed and the beds were never made while our stay, for a resort like this it's the minimum that can be done

The resort is child friendly and close to some lovely beaches lots of amenities close by
The accommodation does not represent value for money & the use of some pools is restricted to club la costa members the restaurants & bars were expensive entertainment finished at midnight
