Great location. Excellent breakfast. Quiet
Too many stairs to transfer luggage. Could add a slope to wheel luggage into car park.

What a great Hotel ! What a great Stay , The Hotel is in the new Speicherstadt and very near to a lot of attractions , These can be also booked trough the Hotel ( we did not do this ) , the breakfast Room is a Restaurant on the other side of the canal , great views and great breakfast , the Lounge and the Bar are very cool and have great Details , Overall it was a great stay , the Hotel is a bit expensive but well worth it , parking is at a Park Garage nearby and can be reached trough the Hotel Exit ! - also the Hamburg City is in Walking Distance !

We really liked the design! Channel view is stunning Coffee machine in the room - good decision
Based on photos demonstrated in process of booking we expected balcony in the room. But in fact balconies are only in rooms on the 7th floor and were sold out during our stay. There are no cotton buds, pads or hair balm available in the room. These were expected at that price

I found the style very unique. It was a great price for the quality. Staff was helpful and friendly. They booked us a taxi which we appreciate. They always cleaned our room. I found the hotel to be nice and comfortable.

se trata de un hotel bien situado, cerca del agua, a dos pasos del centro de la ciudad y hasta puedes venir andando desde la estación de ferrocarril, nosotros no cogimos ningún transporte público en los días que estuvimos allí. Nos alojamos en una habitación superior que era muy cómoda, tanto las camas como el cuarto de baño, además el desayuno estuvo muy bien cuidado.
Se trata de un hotel grande y por eso algo impersonal pero se entiende en una ciudad grande como Hamburg.
