It was perfect. Thanks a lot to all the staff there. They are very kind and caring about all details. Always ready to help you on any thing even it is not really there job to do. I want to thank you all for the surprise that they did for me and my wife. In fact I just told them that we are here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they immediately prepare a surprise for us...

i thought i paid for the whole stay through booking (i usually do). but i found out i only paid for one night upon leaving so that troubled me on my very last day- I also wish they turned the AC on earlier in the lounges

Very helpful team, we can feel they really want us to feel welcome and it works! :-). The hotel and room is very spacious. very nice environment. Good breakfast. The beach and the swimming pools are great too.

The range of gastronomic choice is a bit limited, despite the 3 restaurant so it could become slightly repetitive after few meals. It would also be nice if the hotel could expand the range of beach facilities, such as dingy sailing, catamaran etc.. they are present on site but customers of the hotel are not allowed to use these.
