The beach is good and the guy, Karim serving drinks down there was so friendly. Him and the girls in the restaurant were the only ones helpful and friendly.
The waiters from both bars, the one upstairs and the other one downstairs (where the disco is) were so rude. It was like they are doing you a favour for serving a cocktail. The food wasn't good at all, and the service for getting something to drink at lunch and dinner was just horrible. In general the waiters never help. I've travel all over the world and know that the service abroad is not the same than Europe. I'm not the kind of person that complains but in this case it was just so bad.

Average! but like the calm and the jacuzzi.
Personel moral was unpleaaant you have to work on that.. Reception young guy has to know the real meaning of hospitality. Note that I have chosen to be at location because I visited it at 2010 when quality was bit good.. I think it was decreased now..
