The staff are amazing and with excellent customer service.. the hotel is so clean amazing location, heart of all the happening locations.. room and bathroom was so clean.. comfortable bed and pillows... awesome hospitality... hotel management gave me a cake and bouquet of flowers since i stayed during my birthday

Pick up from airport as arranged. Able to check in early for a small fee which was very helpful after long flight.Large, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Nice reasonable spa facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk to lake and old quarter. Would stay again.
