Had a good stay! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help with a problem and it made all the difference.

The staff was very attentive spoke very good English catered to all our needs. The welcome packet included a map of the old quarter and recommendations for eateries and sightseeing spots. The room was spotless. The laundry service was very punctual. The breakfast was fresh and very nice. They made your bed every day at 4 pm which I thought was a nice touch as I personally like coming back to a clean room. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. They even gave us a little gift bag when we checked out. over all it is a really great hotel with excellent service would 100% stay with them again.

The place is brilliant that i love everything about it. The location is at very center of the CBD. Super good with the price and very friendly staffs that support you everything, they could use great English too.

Super friendly and flexible staff, great breakfast, fantastic location in the middle of the Old Quarter, great take away breakfast for our early trip to Cat Ba. When one of us got sick, the staff was super helpful by providing for lesser seasoned food, prolonging our stay and thinking ahead for our next dinner sites. Would definitely recommend going here.
Beds were a little on the hard side and the rooms on the 6th floor were sometimes a bit noisy (e.g. we could hear our neighbors shower)
