Avantatges: Complimentary breakfast buffet catered to everyone and the staff were very attentive and caring. About a 3 minute walk to the bullring, grand central and link street for shopping & transport. Very homely venue to stay at.

Desavantatges: Everything was great, nothing disappointing.

Desavantatges: Fire alarms went off at 3.30 a.m.....not a negative though, as at least they work and staff were very capable when attending to evacuated residents.

Desavantatges: Fire alarm at 2am on23/9 . Everybody run to the street. Then, nothing happens. Without explanation at all. No cleaning of the room unless u ask a day in advance. It was told when I ask for cleaning on 22/9. That means I cleaning during the 3 days of my stay☹️

Avantatges: Location and staff, as well was able to get offered extension at short notice.

Desavantatges: The staff were greatful to help, the location is almost serves within all requirements from shops, restaurant and transportation.

Avantatges: I'm a regular at this aparthotel which is conveniently situated for Moor St station and my work venue in Digbeth. It's great to have space to work and a strong internet signal.

Avantatges: Great location for central Birmingham and easy to find

Avantatges: The room was a god size and had all the facilities one would expect. The kitchen was well equipped and a nice feature. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Avantatges: Staff were friendly, room was excellent value for money, has everything you need, very clean, well set out. Hotel was very quiet considering the location in the town centre. Location was great as the train station, Bullring and 02 institute were all just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended and would certainly stay here again.

Desavantatges: Bedroom was a little too hot, ended up sleeping on the couch to feel the air con. Couch was just as comfy as the bed though so got a good night's sleep in the end :) Deposit on arrival could be made more aware to guests when booking.

Desavantatges: - There was a strong detergent smell in the corridors. - The electric towel dryer was not working in both rooms booked, and there are a lot of damages in one of the rooms that need to be fixed before letting people stay in them. - I asked for higher floor but they said we are fully booked even though I have requested this long time once I booked the rooms. - Some of the staff are really rude and some others are super polite. - There are noise coming from the main street. - Towels are not changed even if we stay for a week. - It is mentioned that it's either shower or bath, so I requested a bath but they said it is not available, when I checked in.

Avantatges: Everything thing was lovely, it felt like a home from home, good price too, definitely will be booking in again.

Avantatges: Location couldn't be better - the hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Everything about the hotel and its staff was bright, clean and comfortable.

Avantatges: The room felt high quality and stylish. The bathroom particularly is very nice with a large shower and lovely mirror. The bed is huge and the 2 pillows each gave good options to find the right level of comfort. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome.

Desavantatges: The hairdryer sounded like it was about to explode when we used it, so that was a little unnerving. But honestly, I have nothing else bad to say.

Avantatges: every part of the hotel was amazing, from the bed to the location of the hotel; in the heart of Birmingham (mailbox) and a few minutes walk from everything that you need or what. loved the place.

Desavantatges: Quan la dutxa estava en marxa se sentia un xiulet molt agut i desagrable, probablement de la pressió de l'aigua. El problema greu és que sentíem també el xiulet de la dutxa del veï, que el primer dia ens va despertar a les 7h del matí...

Desavantatges: the wifes medication supposed to kept in the fridge when she wanted to use it,it had been frozen unable to use we had to ring the hospital for advice, we are in our 70s and have a full day and watch tv at night but the signal on the tv made it unwatchable all weekend very poor

Avantatges: Room was very modern and spacious. Reception, bar area etc modern, clean and generally a nice place to be. Easy stroll from hotel to Bull Ring.

Desavantatges: The bar closed at 2330. Even then you got the impression that the staff couldnt wait to shut up shop. After this if you wanted another drink you had to get the night porter!!

Desavantatges: El servicio de limpieza empieza a las 8 de la mañana cada día y hace un ruido horroroso, imposible poder dormir apartir de esa hora, llámanos para preguntar si era siempre así y nos dijeron que sí. Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y escuchas a los de la habitación de al lado como si estuvieran en la tuya. esta algo alejado del centro, unos 25 minutos andando. También recalcar que se celebran eventos tipo bodas en la azotea y el ruido de la música o fiesta es horrible en cualquier planta hasta altas horas de la madrugada

Avantatges: It was incredibly noisy until home 12am as there was a band - I had to walk through a busy adult bar at 11pm as we had been to a concert , to get to the door through to the rooms which felt odd - it was good in the room and noisy - the pillows were awful but it was too late to change them - the breakfast was average - cold coffee and tea ☹️

Avantatges: Amazing staff couldn't do enough for us and really friendly. Facilities great and very clean. Location for arena was excellent, just a short walk by the canal! Would def stay again just for the hotel

Desavantatges: Nothing we didn't like... Everything was fab

Avantatges: The bar area in nice with pleasant atmosphere, good food and drinks and nice staff.

Desavantatges: The rooms have no sound proofing what so ever so we barely got any sleep. The corridor outside the room has doors along it and they bang shut so every time somebody came through the door there was a mound bang. You could hear people walk along the corridors and bags being dragged down the hall. That coupled with other noises meant we got almost no sleep. Our party occupied two rooms and it was the same in both rooms. It feels like a newly refurbished hotel where all the money was spent on the bar area with a lower quality finish to the rooms and no soundproofing. The bar areas received deliveries shortly after 6am, the doors slamming on the vehicle and the downstairs entrance could easily be heard in our room making sleep impossible.

Avantatges: Good location with parking and spacious, comfortable room with some nice touches like the complimentary minibar and coffee maker. Helpful reception staff.

Desavantatges: Downstairs bar area is noisy, which made it a poor choice for evening meal. I chose to eat out, rather than opt for room service. The buffet breakfast is limited and cooked breakfast service slow, coffee was cold and toast not offered. Only one member of staff on duty for breakfast but not particularly busy. There was also a lot of street noise until quite late.

Avantatges: Staff were very responsive to my email about bedding and allergies. Chech-in/out was good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Desavantatges: Breakfast did not kick off very well. The coffee was cold do had to send it back. There was no fruits had to wait some time for that to be replenished. I asked for a poached egg 'well done', it had to be sent back again. My husband's full English breakfast was not hot it was luke warm which gave him indigestion.

Avantatges: We stayed in the suit which was absolutely lovely, especially the bathroom. The whole hotel was so clean. Lovely staff and breakfast was lovely too.

Avantatges: Have stayed at the Eaton a good few times. It’s good. Lots of parking, quiet, good quality rooms and great bathrooms. Food is always good. Room was clean.

Desavantatges: My particular room this time had a few scruffy marks in the paintwork. Some of it looked like makeup marks..? But it didn’t put me off. Room was otherwise clean.

Desavantatges: The AC wasn’t great. It was still a bit warm in my room after it had been on for ages while I was out.

Desavantatges: we waited a long time for cooked breakfast on sunday between 9 and 10am. the bar was very noisy, with piped music in the afternoon and very loud music at night.

Avantatges: Lovely comfortable room. Great welcome and departure assisted both times by Cristina- an asset to the hotel!

Avantatges: The location was perfect as we had tickets for the Alexander Theatre, and the mailbox has great restaurants on site. Very near the bullring shopping which has an excellent array of shops.

Avantatges: The hotel is centrally located right next to Brindley Place and the Arena. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Desavantatges: When we arrived it turned out that there was no water and clearly hadn’t been for some hours. As it was a Sunday the front of desk staff were having to field everyone coming to check in and there didn’t appear to be management anywhere. As a result our room wasn’t ready and it would have been good to know this prior to arrival. We were offered free drinks and, again, the staff were great but this definitely didn’t help our check in - we were due to go out shortly and couldn’t really get ready properly. When we got back later in the evening I only found out the water was back on because I asked someone on the desk. There was no note under our door to apologise and/ or explain that when we ran the tapes for the first time the water wouldn’t look pretty. Which it didn’t.

Avantatges: I thought the reception staff very good both late last night when I arrived and also when I checked out this morning. I also liked the fact that, as a Hilton Honours member, two complimentary bottles of water had been left in my room on arrival.

Desavantatges: I thought the breakfast very poor to be frank - limited cereals, no croissants, the coffee machine dripped out a single Expresso over a period of 3 mins and the fruit options were poorly presented and not particularly tasty.

Desavantatges: Air con wasn’t cooling well.. fridge wasn’t working. Paid for an upgraded room, essentially it was a small room with a big bed, which made the room feel smaller. Nothing special and definitely not value for money

Desavantatges: La poca o nula información que daban acerca direcciones, lugares próximos o transporte público o actividades en el propio hotel. Se ceñían única y exclusivamente al servicio contratado. El acceso a prensa diaria, internet, el magnífico comedor todo si preguntabas pero no era ofrecido y quien desconoce los servicios no puede acceder a los mismos No estaban muy interesados en ser útiles.

Avantatges: Great location

Desavantatges: Very basic room and thought it was very expensive. I’ve had far superior rooms at less than half the price. Other accommodation offers free bottles of water while here £1.50 charge.

Avantatges: A well located hotel with good standard rooms and service.

Desavantatges: Crec que per la categoria de l’hotel hauria d’haver alguna cosa al minibar. Potser a Recepció haurien de tenir algún mapa de la ciutat per si és la primera vegada que visites Birmingham i no tens activat el Google maps.

Avantatges: Breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for what we wanted.

Desavantatges: Food and drink over priced as you a captured ordinance, there little or no alternative. Beds and pillow are very uncomfortable, this lead to a very poor nights sleep. Left a personal item in room. Disappointing as when I called, reception went up to to check and could find it, although house keeping found later, I would question if reception looked properly, and I only found out house keeping had found, after I made further contact with the hotel, even I was assured they would contact me

Avantatges: Very quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast. Very close to the airport departures, which is also really good. Every is very clean and very new.

Desavantatges: The price. it is quite a basic hotel, small TV, few "extras" in the room. For the price I would have expected more, such as a decent sized TV, larger bathroom, complimentary tea and coffee facilities, etc.

Desavantatges: the hotel is in an awful location and very noisy the hotel is in desperate need of an update we stayed in a one-bedroom suite and the room was old and tatty. Chips in the furniture, marks on the walls, stains on the carpet, curtains that didnt close fully. an empty minibar (why bother having it in there!) The bathroom definitely needs a refit the restaurant was very old fashioned, and whilst our server was lovely, the food was not!

Avantatges: Breakfast choice was superb, from buffet to ordering crushed avacado on rye bread with poached eggs. Room was clean, modern and quiet. King size Bed very confortable. The hotel sits in a superb location too. Can't wait to stay here again.

Desavantatges: The condition of the suite we were put in was appalling No door on the bathroom- it was simply missing and not replaced, room was very hot and air con did not work. The staff don't answer the phone. The bar was rammed with non guests. Paint was all chipped in room, sink cracked, glass door cracked across middle. General poor state of repair throughout the property and the staff could not really care less Avoid

Desavantatges: Glasses in rooms so we could have a glass of water as only had mugs which we used for tea. Crossiants were not great :(

Desavantatges: Location to Nec was not in easy walking distance.

Avantatges: Staff on check-in were very friendly. We were able to order our food at the restaurant and take it back to our room to relax. The rooms were bigger than usual and very comfortable.

Desavantatges: Cost of parking. No room service - you do need to go down to the restaurant, order and collect your food then take to the room. But, the food was great and staff are friendly so not a huge issue.

Avantatges: Location was very good. Room was provided on the ground floor for family with kids.

Desavantatges: The Breakfast choice was not good. An English breakfast would make a lot of difference.

Avantatges: İ am Muslim and found there was not a lot of choice for breakfast. İt maybe a good idea to add some varied cheese to choose from, we went and purchased our own, just a thought. My colleague who is originally from the Uk found the breakfast very enjoyable.

Avantatges: The bed was comfy the breakfast was okay and overall it was a nice looking hotel.

Desavantatges: My partner would have preferred for there to be a bath but that was an issue very easily avoided.

Desavantatges: Breakfast was bad, everything tasted like it had been out for hours, despite us being there early We booked a deluxe king room and was charged a hefty price for it - it was terrible - small, two beds that were barely bigger than singles - it was a family room? I certainly asked for a double. I have paid a lot less for better standard rooms. The staff even remarked that the standard rooms, deluxes etc were all the same room but different prices!!!! Disgraceful considering the price. The hotel itself is very dated and in need of some repair - how they get away with charging what they do is beyond me. I complained and was given a complimentary breakfast...only to be charged this when we checked out, together with a 5% service charge for the restaurant that evening that was not seen anywhere on the bill i signed. We went back and asked for a refund and this was processed however it still hasn't reached my account. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Avantatges: Interesting historical building in beautiful settings, although not being local we struggled to find it on the first pass. Lots of activities available - swimming, tennis, golf, spa. So bring your kit! Attentive staff were really helpful.

Desavantatges: Saturday night is clearly a popular wedding venue. It was more lively than we anticipated, but working like an oiled machine.

Avantatges: Great location for east Birmingham and for getting back out of town. Close to public transport links. Great room. Great facilities (pool and steam room). Friendly and helpful staff.

Desavantatges: Slightly boring interior of the bar (i.e. not really that important).

Desavantatges: Solicité reserva de taxi al aeropuerto de Birmingham para viaje de vuelta a través del mostrador del hotel, Sr. Eduardo. El servicio resultó siniestro porque el vehiculo repostó durante el trayecto y nos llevó a un cajero automático para confirmar que teniamos efectivo para pagar el servicio. El servicio no aportó factura de desplazamiento , exigiendo en todo caso cobro en efectivo y por importe de 45 libras. En resumen fue bastante tenso y molesto.
