Avantatges: Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Delicious food in the Balcon restaurant. The bar tenders were very knowledgeable. Rooms small but comfortable.

Desavantatges: Hard to set temperature for the room A/C (control has + and - but does not show temperature).

Avantatges: There are many things that i loved. Amongst it all the location is outstanding. The staff is a ++ The beds are so comfortable Its is just a bliss from a to z

Avantatges: Gran ubicación. Este hotel es muy bonito. El conserje siempre tiene recomendaciones sólidas. El servicio es bueno. Me encanta la habitación. Todo es moderno con un montón de pequeños detalles. cargador de teléfono USB en la cama, Bluetooth para su música. He ido 3 o 4 veces y volveremos!

Avantatges: Nos encantó todo sobre el Radisson! No se puede ir mal, las habitaciones son gigantes y con camas de tamaño king se obtiene la más cómoda para dormir por la noche mientras en Londres! Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta, la atención al cliente es absolutamente impecable, que realmente se preocupan por ti y saber acerca de ti, recuerda que es muy bonito sentir que, especialmente después de las 12 horas de viaje en 8 zonas horarias para llegar allí. Avantatges: The room and facilties were large for a London hotel at that room rate. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the robes that were provided

Desavantatges: The construction noise was very disruptive and precluded us from getting a good nights rest. The room was poorly designed with large furniture and made it difficult to move around the room comfortably.

Avantatges: The way I was welcomed and treated by the staff was superb.

Desavantatges: The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty (a bit cheap) and coffee was watery.

Avantatges: The staff was wonderful.

Desavantatges: The room was small and was located on the 1st floor - bad view.

Desavantatges: Habitación pequeña. Apenas había espacio para moverse. La ducha se movía, era como ducharse con un rociador de cinta transportadora. Agua entró en la habitación porque era muy pequeña. Las fotos engañan!

Avantatges: Esta es una propiedad sin lujos pero que compensa con operaciones de servicios por su ubicación. Habitación más pequeña en la que me he alojado durante 30 años, más de 100 propiedades y 5000 noches. La habitación doble estaba 10X10 (pies) sin teléfono o en el armario. No hay lavandería o servicio de habitaciones. El servicio de despertador es un golpe en la puerta. No UTILICE para negocios

Avantatges: La ubicación fue excelente. El diseño y los materiales de la habitación son modernos y de calidad. Estaba muy limpio y había un claro enfoque sobre la calidad. Las toallas eran tan suaves y enormes como el de cualquier hotel en el que he estado. La televisión era enormes en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación. El cuarto de baño y sus accesorios eran todos muy agradables y los artículos de tocador estaban también muy bien. Si están dispuestos a negociar un montón de espacio para un precio inferior (bien, el precio más bajo para Londres) entonces esto puede ser una relación calidad-precio. También es bueno si no va a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, ya que es cómodo para dormir.

Desavantatges: La razón que las habitaciones son asequibles es porque las habitaciones son pequeñas. En verdad pequeñas ... como en su cama abarca toda la distancia de una pared. No hay armario, y a menos que tengas una de las habitaciones más grandes tendrás que poner tu equipaje en el suelo ya que no hay para dejar el equipaje. Eso es un reto porque la planta es realmente el camino desde la zona de la cama para el baño, así que tendrás que caminar por tu propio equipaje. Si eres un viajero de negocios y necesita espacio de recepción es muy limitado o ausente. Tuve una habitación con un pequeño escritorio y otro donde tuve que usar la mesilla y un escritorio. Las habitaciones son relativamente oscuras, incluso si las ventanas están abiertas porque se abren a una estrecha luz/patio. Tal vez hay más luz en los niveles más altos.

Avantatges: Perfect location; close to most things, and close to transportation for sights further out. Clean rooms and accommodating staff.

Desavantatges: Rooms are so small you will laugh. If you are traveling with someone else, you should be lovers. If you aren't, you will be by the end.

Avantatges: The staff was great, especially Henri & Theo. The staff always went above and beyond to assist us! Location also was amazing; right next to Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Leicester Sq, close to Parliament Sq, and Buckingham Palace.. Very centrally located

Desavantatges: The rooms were very small, but it worked out really well for us since we were there only for 3 days. Didn't bother us at all.

Avantatges: Very good location, compact rooms but everything you need

Desavantatges: Some people may not like the size of the rooms, but I was ok with it

Avantatges: Awesome hotel in the cut of the busy Times Square area of London. Easy to get to by train from the airport as you just take it to Picadilly Circus station and walk 5 mins. Near all of the action and nightclubs. Clean. Great free wine and cheese happy hour. Wonderful gem of a hotel.

Desavantatges: Rooms are fairly small which didn't bother me as I am a single small female traveling alone but its not suited for couples or bringing children. Its a closet sized room.

Avantatges: Beds were very comfortable The 48" flat screen TV was a nice touch The design was nice Definitely a place to stay for short business travel or vacation, given the good location in Piccadilly. The complimentary wine n cheese every evening was nice and my group enjoyed it Located close to many many tourists spots, most with in walking distance or short bus ride. Staff was excellent and very attentive

Desavantatges: There is only one small lift and often crowded, therefore had to wait for it to come back down empty or you just took the stairs, a minor complaint, but would better if they had two lifts.

Avantatges: Even in London way too much money for way to little space.

Desavantatges: tiny windowless unventilated basement room. A/C advertised but no actual air conditioning despite repeated requests for a fix and promises of remedy non fluent English speaking staff responsive but ineffectual staff

Desavantatges: Las habitaciones son pequeñas, viejas y deterioradas. Peor relación calidad-precio.

Avantatges: Ubicación, habitación deluxe bastante buena en tamaño

Desavantatges: La limpieza no está a la par con hoteles de 5 estrellas. A veces se olvidan a limpiar la habitación. Tengo que llamar para pedir que limpien de lo contrario hay que esperar horas y horas antes de que limpia.

Avantatges: Gran ubicación, el personal es estupendo, excelentes servicios ... el lugar estaba inmaculado limpio y ordenado.

Avantatges: El personal era muy servicial y hay detalles de habitación muy agradables.

Desavantatges: No es un lugar memorable. Todo/todo el mundo mejo en una manera genérica. Falta algo de carácter individual

Avantatges: The Hotel was convenient to the Tube and a lot of very nice restaurants and shops. Their free wifi was very fast!

Desavantatges: The fitness center was a little small for that size hotel

Avantatges: great access to numerous restaurants and shopping, staff is very helpful as is concierge with reservations

Avantatges: Location is great, good access to big chunks of London by foot Rooms are spacious for a big city Staff very helpful

Desavantatges: Gym a bit small Too long a wait for elevators Breakfast crowded late in the morning, not so special

Avantatges: Well we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Mayfair and the staff could do more for us. We come back to our room to find a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, such a great supprize for both myself and the wife. Would we stay again definitely 100%.

Desavantatges: The out of town crowd the hotel attracts is undesirable... I often made to feel like second class due to the fact I am a woman... I hear this crowd often descends on London in the summer though so I can't slight the hotel for accommodating to them

Avantatges: very nice business hotel. Room was nice.

Desavantatges: Lots of street noise from night clubs across the street. When the Queue formed 11pm + and especially when the club closed 1:30-2:30am, the street noise was very loud (above TV level). The only night it was not an issue was when it was raining. The room also didn't have a bath tub.
