Hay un montón de buenos pubs y restaurantes locales y a sólo unos minutos de distancia del Museo Británico. Mi habitación era bastante grande para los estándares ingleses, con un cuarto de baño muy agradable y muy cómoda cama. Un excelente desayuno con una buena selección de platos calientes cocinados y estaba disponible y está incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Avantatges: I have stayed at Hotel Russell now a number of times, both as a single traveler in a single room, a twin room with my mother, and a double room with my husband. All rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for our needs and comfort. Breakfasts are very good quality too! Staff polite and helpful and location brilliant.

Desavantatges: Aunque pagué por mi habitación por adelantado, la recepcionista insistía en venderme el desayuno, que no quería, y en poner a 50 libras por día como depósito en mi tarjeta de crédito, aunque dije que no usaría ninguno de los restaurantes del hotel.
Fue difícil entrar a la habitación porque un armario grande había sido situado directamente junto a la puerta, casi bloqueando la entrada y salida de la habitación.

Desavantatges: The staff at Hotel Russell did not measure up to the overall customer service I experienced in England as a whole. They are less than accommodating to guests who booked through discount websites and treat guests who booked directly with them better. The interior is very dated and needs renovation. My friends room on the first night had a very strong cleaning chemical odor. It was unbearable for them because they have some sensitivities. The hotel was unable to move them to another room and we ended up switching rooms with them. The wifi at this hotel is spotty at best. I would not refuse to stay at this hotel again but I would probably avoid it.

Desavantatges: The room was a little old and had some cracks in the wall joints. They didn't have any pull in area if you arrive by car. We weren't aware of this from the descriptions and had to drive around the area to find a parking garage and then roll our luggage a few blocks to the hotel.

Desavantatges: Que no nos quisieron hacer factura a nombre de una sociedad, por haber reservado a nombre de un particular, y alegaron que booking no lo permitía. Es la primera vez que nos sucede.

La habitación doble era relativamente pequeña, pero tiene todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. El baño era grande, hermoso y lujoso con colección de jabones boutique. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación era excepcional, limpiaban la habitación dos veces al día y pequeñas delicias como chocolate nos dejaron una vez al día. Me encantó!

No fui reconocido como miembro de categoría oro mientras estábamos allí y me dieron una habitación bastante pequeña pero buena. No tenía planeado volver, pero no había una buena oferta en Agoda por una suite, así que pensé volver a intentarlo. ¡La habitación era fabulosa! El servicio a la habitación era perfecto, con un excelente servicio al cliente. El servicio de atención al cliente salvo algún error, era muy bueno. Simplemente encantador todo y ahora espero con ansias alojarme allí de nuevo en el futuro.

Desavantatges: El check-in lo hizo una mujer que hablaba tan bajo que tuve que pedirle que repitiera las cosas. No usó mi tarjeta de crédito correctamente, así que acabé no pudiendo hacer el cargo a mi habitación- ligero inconveniente, no terrible. Tuve una llamada de negocios que se cortó y la centralita siguió conectando a mi grupo al hotel equivocado- más problemática. Los camareros del desayuno no era muy buenos. Me tuve que levantar de mi mesa para pedir una taza de café. Básicamente te sientan y no te atienden luego. La comida era bastante buena, el desayuno no vale la pena las 21 libras. La próxima vez probablemente saldré a desayunar.

Desavantatges: I can't really think of anything at all. There was no fridge and my husband mistook the minibar so we were charged, but the front desk took off all the chargers.

Desavantatges: Very poor value for the money. The room was quite cramped, awkward layout, and noisy (even though the front desk said it was the quiet side of the hotel). Seating in the room and throughout the hotel common area is old and uncomfortable. I won't go back.

Desavantatges: Air conditioning did not work properly and it was too warm in room at night. The hardest bed I have ever slept on! We had to take the comforter and place if under the thin mattress cover for any cushioning at all. Truly just a hard set of box springs with a cover, no mattress at all.

Quick walk to the Bakerloo, Regents Park tube station. Quite a few reasonably priced restaurants of varying cuisine within a few minutes walk as well as some local stores to beat the usual high end hotel 5£ for a water type issues.

Era una cama de matrimonio tamaño king, así que nos arreglamos con eso.
Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y mal ventiladas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y con la ventana abierta era muy ruidoso. Nos trajeron un ventilador que ayudó.

Desavantatges: Top end room on "The Level" had a large but worn spring mattress that was a let down after the luxury presentation everywhere else.
Very few sockets of any kind. Switches that did nothing instead of sockets or ports charging items. I had to pull out the end table to locate a free socket by the bed. Only one by the desk. For an otherwise modern hotel this was just..odd.
I was assigned room 830 and you heard the elevator the entire time. Lack of foresight around putting in some sound proofing.

Desavantatges: Horrible room, far cry from 5 star hotel, more like an aged 3 star. Walked into the room to a huge stain on the carpet. The room was very dated. Very small bathroom where it was impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom.

Desavantatges: The mattress was as hard as a rock. And the pillows were not much better. I really expect down, even at a lower end hotel these days. The only way I could sleep was to get a bunch of extra pillows and sleep on them, using my own travel pillow for my head.

La habitación estaba bien aunque pequeña (habitación casi de hotel japonés pequeño). No usamos sus restaurantes y fuimos a mucho, mucho mejor buffet en la calle para el desayuno.
El personal de recepción era muy servicial.

Avantatges: Location is very central, across the road from a tube station and right next to Oxford St for shopping.
Desavantatges: Room was small, perfect for travelling as only really in the room to sleep. Was disappointed that the pool was shut for renovations while I was staying as I wasn't aware of this when booking.

Avantatges: Location and cleanliness are the only positives about my stay.
Desavantatges: Poorly operating lifts. Bathroom so small. TV inoperable. WiFi requires £5 payment daily by purchasing a code from a vending machine. Long lines at check in. Long line at luggage check/collection. Never again!

Avantatges: We went on a weekend away because he had tickets to see Harry Potter and the cursed child, which the hotel was a short five minute walk away which was great for me and my friend to get there as it was over 2 nights.
Desavantatges: However we were never informed that there was to be building works happening throughout February. This resulted in there being no room for a reception desk and little to do in the hotel as everything was cordened off. As for the rooms, they were small and dated, they also didn't have much of a blind for the windows. As there has been a neon lit build finished across the street from the hotel, the room was lit up all night. To add to this there was a false fire alarm at 4am in the morning which no one came to inform us about but we could barely hear it from our room. The shower cubicle was really small with a really powerful shower that wasn't pleasant and to top everything we had a cockroach crawl into our room just before our departure that resided under our bed. All in all multiple things went wrong with our stay and I wouldn't recommend.

Avantatges: Food location staff , all works well , I would love to go back but when all the work is done so it'll be that bit more comfortable for me
Desavantatges: The hotel lifts were very slow and 2 was not working at all , also there was work being done for the new reception area !
As I have sciatica very bad , It was very difficult using the stairs and temporary steps the hotel put in place !

Desavantatges: The room was about the size of a closet, and everything smelled.

Avantatges: Not much other than it was clean and close to the Eurostar. Essentially you paid for the location.
Desavantatges: No toiletries or fridge. Tiny double bed in awkwardly shaped room. In Europe it would have been marked up as a no frills business hotel and would have cost far less.
