Desavantatges: Free Wi-Fi was really non-existent; at least in our room. Also, TV had only three channels, which we were not informed of on check-in. However the staff was apologetic and offered complimentary full breakfast for the inconvenience.

Desavantatges: Collection of fruit juices very limited, bed sheets fabrics made my allergy remote control of the room are very dirty and when I order new one they didn’t provide me that in second accommodation.

El personal de limpieza hablaba en el móvil a todo volumen mientras iban de habitación en habitación.

Desavantatges: Shower is very small, and my sink kept getting clogged. Housekeeping and the hotel were very responsive.

Desavantatges: When we checked in we were told we were given an upgrade. Not sure what that really meant, we were on the basement floor so we had no light, and it was actually quite sunny during our stay in London. Our bed was uncomfortable and we both would roll towards the middle. Non stop noise all night, either from the air conditioner, or the lift or other guest it was a very noisy stay. The staff was very friendly, and I understand they want to improve, my suggestion is never tell a gust that they are being given an upgrade and then put them in the basement.

Avantatges: Staff and owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and the price is very reasonable considering the great location. Very easy to get around the city from the hostel. Room was clean and the towels and linens were changed frequently enough. Overall a very good choice for those looking for a simple but cheap place to stay in London.

Pero nos dieron una habitación en la parte trasera del hotel donde todos pasaban durante la noche, la gente caminando por nuestra habitación se reían a carcajadas. Ahora normalmente esto no me habría molestado pero teníamos una ventana que no se cerraba bien así que era bastante ruidosa. También un montón de puertas "molonas" en nuestra planta, la mayoría de la noche así que una noche en efecto muy ruidosa. Es una pena porque nos alojamos en este hotel antes y nos dieron una habitación fantástica pero esta vez no fue la mejor.

It was a 1/2 block from Hyde Park, which was very convenient.
The original reason we booked was for the gym, which all the websites say they have. It turns out they got rid of it a while ago. When I walked to the front desk, they helped me arrange to use the gym at one of their other hotel properties about 0.3 miles away, which was nice.

Desavantatges: Podía oír todo lo que las personas al lado y de arriba estaban haciendo. Cada paso que daban en los suelos que crujen y sus conversaciones y programas de televisión bastante claro. Si tienes el sueño ligero, esta será una mala experiencia. Si el ruido no te molesta, duermes como los muertos, es un hotel barato, pasable. El hotel es antiguo, pasillos y rincones rayados y maltratados, pero una vez que apagas la luz, no se pueden notar los problemas cosméticos. escuchar tus vecinos, por desgracia, no pueden curarse con un interruptor.

el wifi es pésimo, y espero que no nos hayan cobrado las 30 libras por los 30 minutos... que no pudimos usar. el jabón que te dejan, mejor no usarlo, me dejó la piel pegajosa y mas sucia que cuando me metí en la ducha ( pequeña y sin indicaciones de uso, es una ducha peculiar)
preguntamos si tenían un servicio de taxi o bus al aeropuerto, y nos querían cobrar la ridícula cantidad de 140 libras. les pregunte porque tanto y dijeron HAS DE PAGAR EL REGRESO DEL CONDUCTOR TAMBIEN..... cosa que me parece de locos.

Desavantatges: No Air Conditioning. Room was on the 3rd floor and the heat was almost stifling. Surprising given outside the temps were only in the mid 70's (F). They provided a fan, which made it bearable. They also limited the amount the window opened, making it very hard to get in fresh air. I would stay there again, but only when it is very cool out.

Desavantatges: Como siempre es el caso, una habitación pequeña, mala conexión wi-fi, televisión y baño mediocres, no hay nevera ni minibar, ni aire acondicionado.

Avantatges: The manager, once on duty, promptly arrange to have our room moved to a cleaner larger room that did not have mold. It has a good location close to a tube station.
Desavantatges: The room we initially received had no internet connection and was covered in black mold. We arrived late in the evening and there was no manager on duty to assist us until the next morning the hallways and the carpets are filthy but once we were relocated the second room was not bad.

Avantatges: right next to Hyde Park, Kensington, close to the Palace, and several tube/bus stations.
Desavantatges: The room was tiny, no big deal that's a European hotel, but it was filthy. The shower was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, one of the lights was dangling out of the fixture, and the carpets all had weird stains. I was on the top floor close to the elevator and could hear a clunking noise from the elevator every time it was used. With so many hotels in the area at comparable rates, there has to be one better than this.

Avantatges: El precio y la ubicación es la mejor parte de la experiencia de 3 noches. El desayuno buffet incluido tenía todas las bases cubiertas. La habitación estaba en general bien cuidada por el personal de limpieza.

Desavantatges: Por favor, cambiar las opciones del desayuno, lo mismo todos los días. No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación. Pagamos por wifi y tuvimos que usarlo en el vestíbulo. No volvería. Anticuado, las cosas se caían a pedazos.

Desavantatges: La habitación era pequeña, y la ventana daba a la vista de ladrillos y cemento. A mí no me importó, ya que no me esperaba nada más por el precio. Sin embargo, me hizo sentir la falta de aire respirable de noche debido al tamaño de la habitación. Yo no soy muy grande y nos pareció demasiado pequeño. Además, las paredes necesitan una mano de pintura ...

Desavantatges: Queens Park Hotel is simply the worst Hotel that I have been to. When I checked in, they assigned me a room between 2 floors, where I could barely fit my carry on bag and a large bag. After a complaint, they gave me a somewhat larger room. However, everything in the room was old, it was stinky, and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it did not have A/C, which was needed. When I wanted to purchase the wifi service, they told me that it was not working.
I would never recommend Queens Park Hotel to anybody.

La habitación era pequeña, pero adecuada, limpia, nada especial, alfombra gastada. Personal muy amable y servicial.
