Avantatges: Really good location walking distance to museums and shopping (Harrod's). Staff were great and accommodating. Love the décor in the lobby and public areas. As a female traveler - bath products are Aromatherapy and the hair dryer has good power. I would stay here next time I am in London.

Avantatges: This hotel is so beautiful, amalgam of charming English style with some bold fashion details Hotel rooms are gorgeous, all are renovated, free WiFi, complimentary coffee and tea in the room, good size closet and 24 h room service! Location is tremendous few minutes walk to a shopping area including Harrods mall, there are many restaurants and cafes near by as well, from fancy 5 star French to little local bars, all are great! If you are about explore the city, right on the corner from the hotel there are few museums, Hyde Park and Kensington palace! Safe, clean neighborhood, 3min walk to the South Ken Tube Station, just perfect! I am very happy with the hotel, staff is so friendly and very helpful

Avantatges: I loved the location of the hotel. Very close to South Kensington subway which runs directly to Heathrow. The hotel is also close to the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Natural History museum and not far from Hyde Park. I also loved the staff. Very friendly from Veronica at check-in to the help by the bell staff.

Avantatges: This was a very charming hotel. The location was wonderful - only a few blocks from an Underground station and Hyde Park. The staff was great - very helpful and friendly. The concierge helped with getting tickets to museums and other attractions as well as trains, which saved a great deal of time not waiting in long lines. We took advantage of the breakfast service. The food was good with lots of options. The waitstaff was very attentive. We did not have to wait long for assistance. The maid staff was fine as well and also very friendly. On several occasions, we had to call the front desk to request additional towels and they arrived within minutes.

Avantatges: Well designed room; very complete; lots of nice touches. Heated towel rack; jacuzzie tub; upscale furnishings; even has a couple of 110/115 outlets. Location cannot be beat; just down from Harrods and up from South Kensington Underground station two stops away from Victoria Station and 4 stops away from Westminster Station. The BigBus "hop on hop off" number 36 is just out front and the narrated tour the bus provides last right at 3.5 hours with city traffic and goes to every single place of interest. Tour bus pricing varies based on package deal but around $30 per person. The staff of the hotel always exceeds expectation; Neal, the head concierge; is full of insights for the area; found us a large private van to Heathrow for $65. We had 4 big bags from a twoo week Cruise, so the large Mercedes was excellent. The hotel and its ammenities are moderately pricied if not leaning a little toward expensive, as in breakfast; but in tota,l worth the money especially if on vacation. A superior experience; will stay here again when visiting London for sure.

Avantatges: Service was outstanding. They provided extra towels and outlet adapter when asked. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great place to use for our home base for our anniversary getaway to London. Centrally located downtown. Close to the tube. Full English breakfast was included in our reservation but I was informed that not every reservation qualified for the "full" breakfast and instead they received a continental breakfast.

Avantatges: Our room was perfectly set up for the traveller with a perfect set up for your clothes and plenty of room.

Avantatges: Due to airline delays, our exhausted family of three arrived at the Pelham after midnight and was met with a warm welcome and beautifully appointed room (with a comfortable extra bed set up as requested for our son). Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The Pelham could not have been lovelier, and the location is a perfect home base for exploring London.

Avantatges: The location is excellent. Across the street from the be station and so many great shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable.

Avantatges: I first stay at the Pelham in 1993. Based on this stay it is as good or better than ever. A civilized haven in the best corner of London.

Avantatges: El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica. Gran relación calidad-precio de la zona. Un muy lindo Holiday Inn, nada de lujos, pero bueno, limpio y seguro. Recomiendo encarecidamente, es excelente para todo, un verdadero hotel 5 estrellas o de lujo. Esto tampoco fue, pero nuestras necesidades y cumplió con todas mis expectativas.

Avantatges: I stayed only for one night to be closer to my departure the next day, but after having stayed at airbnb apartments, staying at the Holiday Inn was a fresh experience!! Clean, comfortable and a good value
