Avantatges: so much to like: the rooms themselves were lovely, spacious, immaculate, with incredibly comfortable beds. The grounds are gorgeous. Great location - situated between Buckingham Palace & Westminister Abbey & around the corner from the Underground; thus every other part of London within reach. The workout room (gym) had all one would need for great workout, but even better than all else, the INCREDIBLE staff! So professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable- in particular the concierge team!

Avantatges: El personal era muy atento y simpático. Hay excelentes restaurantes y un spa dentro del hotel. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están bien equipadas. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación Victoria (ideal cuando se vuela a Gatwick), a pie de la estación de metro, Westminster, St. James's Park y el palacio de Buckingham.

Avantatges: Enjoyed our store and appreciated the beautiful court yard in the hotel as well as the complimentary breakfast. Having stayed at multiple hotels in London, this one was the best value

Avantatges: Beautiful! architecture,colours and style. You are made to fill very special when visiting.

Avantatges: The food was delicious! Breakfast consisted of Indian food and your traditional English breakfast. I am a vegan so I was very happy with the Indian food choices. The wait staff at the Hampton Bar was top notch. We never had to wait for anything. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Avantatges: Location location location staff was well I tune with my needs (where to go what to do) and they were very attentive to making my stay comfortable

Avantatges: The hotel was sold out so the room they gave us through Kayak was not so good, a bit tarnished and with warning signs everywhere, We stayed in better rooms in this hotel in the past. They used to give us welcome notes and a fruit basket to thank us for coming back But, this time, no note, not a great room, as if they were indifferent because we had booked through Kayak (with which they are not partner). It was not possible to change for a better room for 4 days. Then, a wonderful attendant, Adriana moved us to a better room for an additional fee. So,we had s a better experience toward the end of the stay. I am a fan of the "free breakfast" which seem to attract a non-business crowd.... As a result, a loyal returning guests get a luck ward welcome.

Avantatges: This hotel offers a welcome change from the big American chain hotels. Although it is part of an Indian chain, it has managed to preserve an old world charm. The Christmas tree in the lobby along with all the comfy couches and the Elle lovely courtyard made it feel very cozy and comfortable.

Avantatges: Fueron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. Llegamos antes de que hubiera una habitación disponible y tomaron nuestro equipaje y lo guardaron. Luego nos pasaron a una habitación cuando volvimos varias horas más tarde para hacer el check-in oficialmente. Eersonal extremadamente amable. La decoración es genial y disfrutamos del bar del vestíbulo y el personal allí. Nos pareció que nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y la ropa de cama y productos de higiene de primera clase. También muy exclusivo.

Avantatges: Hotel very central for walking to see places of interest, Pimlico felt a safe area, with nice shops and restaurants, we would stay here again. Sadly there are some rough sleepers about, they did not bother us in any way.

Avantatges: they were very nice. gave us a room upgrade and breakfast. vey good value and the room was in good condition. much better than all other hotels I have stayed in in London except the dorchester which is correspondingly expensive!

Avantatges: Excelente ubicación, especialmente si no sabes nada sobre Londres. Mi habitación en el piso 7º era tranquila y genial para dormir. Se puede ir andando a muchos sitios turísticos. Nos lo pasamos genial.

Avantatges: The Grosvenor is expensive and a nice splurge in London. It's located right in Victoria Station, so it is perfect if you're seeing shows, going to the Kew, or any tube connection. The Gatwick Express is direct from Victoria to Gatwick and back. The lobby is a throwback to the grand old days of luxury hotels. The high tea is expensive and wonderful -- a real treat. Even if you don't have the high tea, the pots of tea are delicious and the tearoom is very elegant.

Avantatges: Staff went out of their way to provide prompt and courteous service. The location is right across the street form a major train station and access to Circle and District subway lines. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was ... expansive... the classic British breakfast. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. The concierge gave us a great tip to a nice Indian restaurant within easy walking distance.

Avantatges: The location was convenient. The hotel room was quiet.
