Hotels a Londres prop de Paddington Station

Avantatges: El personal era muy amable y servicial. Respondió todas las preguntas y nos ayudó con cada consulta.

Avantatges: Staff was friendly, restaurant was okay, but location is the prime positive factor here.

Desavantatges: Bed had someone else’s hair in it, sink had ants, room was in a weird location. Cleanliness left me feeling not relaxed or comfortable.

Avantatges: Great staff Excellent location to bayswater stn. Beautiful modern hotel with ancient artifacts adorning the walls. Great breakfast Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Bathrooms modern, a bit small. Really like the hotel.

Desavantatges: Bathroom tight, tiny sink. Room Woodwork a bit scuffed up, could use a bit of touch up Great for a short stay.

Avantatges: Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They took pity on a weary, soggy traveler and let me check in ahead of time.

Desavantatges: Room was miniscule, not enough places to store things, very hard, tiny bed. Bare, cold floor.

Avantatges: Cerca de Heathrow que seguía siendo en Londres pero muy cara. Té para dos personas en el hotel costaban 32 libras ( $50) y nos dieron una taza de té, un bollo, 3 sándwiches de té, y cuatro diminutos pasteles. Cuando pedimos más té acaban de poner más agua caliente en nuestra taza de té. Al final nos quejamos cuando vimos que a una pareja junto a nosotros les dieron dos bollos, pero teníamos que ir a través del gerente y nuestra comida había llegado y estábamos llenos de tanto beber agua caliente. Sabíamos que se debe pagar una prima por tomar el té en el hotel pero estábamos cansados de nuestro viaje y nos decepcionó que el personal sea tan poco atento.

Desavantatges: ¡Muy caro!

Avantatges: I expect the level of quality when I come to a Hilton hotel. I am pleased that this hotel lived up to that standard. It's a great location especially if you are coming from or going to Heathrow airport.

Desavantatges: I booked my stay not directly through Hilton and as a result, I did not get Hilton honors points. If you allow a non-Hilton company to offer your product you should also offer everything that goes with it.

Avantatges: Position is great, breakfast was good

Desavantatges: Aircon was leaking continuously in the room No answer after 5 attempts to phone reception

Avantatges: The location was perfect for travel to the airport and access to the underground. Could not be better. Staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

Avantatges: Breakfast was excellent.

Desavantatges: Waiting for room availability during check-in without an approximate time when room would/could be ready.

Avantatges: Convenience at Paddington Station, Heathrow Express, and London Underground.

Desavantatges: No swimming pool and not any very good restaurants within walking distance of hotel.

Avantatges: If you want to have a fast access to the Heathrow and the city, this is the best location. The Paddington station is its backyard. It takes 15 minutes to LHR through Heathrow express and to other places within London through the tube.

Desavantatges: You should avoid staying there for any days above 70F. The AC in the room is virtually non-existing. I put the fan speed at high and temperature dial to the maximum (- side). Yet I still have to open the window in a rainy 60+F day to get the breeze in. So avoid it in Summer.

Avantatges: Staff and owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and the price is very reasonable considering the great location. Very easy to get around the city from the hostel. Room was clean and the towels and linens were changed frequently enough. Overall a very good choice for those looking for a simple but cheap place to stay in London.

Avantatges: Clean overall

Desavantatges: Could not pick the WIFI that was originally offered.

Avantatges: Had our own room comforters and beds were nice and comfortable. Clean overall.

Desavantatges: No towels bathroom, and no wifi, or at least it was not working like offered.

Avantatges: The service and cleanliness were all fantastic - gracious and helpful. Location is also excellent - quiet but close to underground, Hyde Park and lots of restaurants.

Desavantatges: Smallest room I've ever stayed in and I definitely didn't expect that from the photos. In the end the room had everything I needed but was really small.

Desavantatges: The room was described as a superior room. Room 517 is located in the middle of the hotel, next to the elevator shaft. There are no windows. The aircon did not work when I arrived at 17:30. By 03:00 the following morning, I felt I was suffocating - there air was very low quality, it was awful. I phoned reception at 03:30 and asked for a room change. The reponse I got was the hotel was full. The duty manager reset the aircon from the reception, and by 04:00, I managed to get some sleep. I was surprised to hear the underground trains on the 5th floor.

Avantatges: Location is great, right next to Paddington Station & 3 different tube lines. Staff was pretty courteous and polite, just seemed unable to help with anything a lot of the time.

Desavantatges: They lost power on the last day of my stay causing me to oversleep and miss a meeting. Guess they slipped a notice under the door that I didn't see. More annoying though was just the lack of amenities at the price point I was paying. Not a good value for the money IMO. No mini fridge for 230+ USD a night? Entertainment was messed up too, ended up getting charged for 2 movies, neither of which I could finish because they errored out halfway through and there was no way to fast forward or resume the movies other than re-starting them and watching them again from the beginning. I called the front desk and asked about this, they ensured I wouldn't be charged, I was.
