Avantatges: The service was outstanding from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle until the following afternoon when we left. We could not have asked for anything more.

Desavantatges: There wasn't anything not to like.

Avantatges: Stunning views, huge luxury bathroom with freestanding bath overlooking the city. Very comfortable bed, every comfort provided, even a warm towel when you finished swimming!

Desavantatges: Bar was quite expensive, but was to be expected

Nos tomamos unas copas en los bares que tienen buenos cócteles y vistas. Las habitaciones muy modernas con buena ropa de cama de calidad. A mis hijos le encantó que había un cine en el hotel. Altamente recomendado!!

Avantatges: Muy moderno, gran ubicación y personal amable. Tamaño de la habitación era bastante bueno también.

Avantatges: Outstanding hotel in London. Service, room, amenities, restaurants and bars were all excellent. Beautiful view of the Thames. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London. I can't say enough about our experience at the Mondrian.

Desavantatges: The only disappointment was one of the concierges seemed inexperienced. She booked us at a very mediocre tea service at a restaurant in London.

Avantatges: The room was lovely - everything you needed and amazing toiletries. The location of the hotel was ideal, a short walk from Southwark or you could walk straight out onto the Southbank. The staff were all delightful and extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Avantatges: I loved the layout of the hotel, the amenities are excellent. A beautiful hotel in my favorite part of London.

Avantatges: Todo muy cómodo y el personal del hotel muy servicial con todo lo que puedes necesitar. La zona es muy buena y el metro esta cerca para poder desplazarse. La parada es London Bridge. Muy rápido el check in y el check out

Desavantatges: El susto que te dan cuando haces el check in y tienes que poner 125£ de mas de fianza. Y mas sino lo sabes.

Avantatges: Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, con una ventana tamaño cristalera y un balcón francés. Hotel era acogedor y tenía un tejado impresionante en el bar con vistas a la ciudad.

Desavantatges: El hotel estaba en una zona en la que no hay mucho que hacer en rojo con la excepción de tráfico de autobuses que se puede ver y oír desde su habitación. Sin embargo, estaba a corta distancia a pie de algunas de las mejores atracciones de Londres y el barrio era seguro.

Avantatges: Un gran servicio y estancia en general. Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Londres!

Desavantatges: El baño estaba un poco congestionado y la ubicación es un poco rara pero nada serio. Un gran lugar para alojarse!

Avantatges: Muy cerca de todas las atracciones principales y medios de transporte. muy limpio, y el personal es amable, las habitaciones limpias y una bonita decoración y comodidad por una buena relación calidad-precio.

Desavantatges: Necesitan modernizar sus camas. Bonito hotel con colchones pillow-top baratos que estaban bien pero nada especial. El resto era genial.

Avantatges: Buena ubicación para ir a pie hasta el centro de Londres, cerca del transporte público para otros sitios. Limpio, cómodo y elegante hotel.

Desavantatges: Espacio limitado en el vestíbulo y las zonas comunes así que estaban abarrotadas. No hay enchufes en el baño. Me pareció una buena oferta en comparación con otros hoteles similares clasificados en el centro de Londres, así que vimos una buena relación calidad-precio. No pagaría más que otros hoteles similares clasificados, nada especial.

Avantatges: We had a very warm welcome including a glass of fizz when we checked in. The double room was small, but clean and comfy.

Desavantatges: The day was a beautiful sunny day, and I booked the hotel as it had a roof terrace, I wanted to sit outside and read while my other half worked, but sadly not, it doesn't open during the daytime, so had to read inside which was a shame due to the weather.

Avantatges: Very clean, super comfortable beds, great rooms/interior. Public transportation was not too far away.

Desavantatges: Food/room service was not that great - no good options on the menu for people with food allergies. Location was out of the way in kind of a boring residential area.

Avantatges: Good location 10 mins walk from Waterloo station or the smaller Lambeth North station. Nice staff at reception. Didn't try rooftop bar because it only opens from 5.30pm. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Avantatges: This was an excellent hotel in an excellent location. All of Waterloo and central London is expensive, but I was able to find a remarkably good deal on this hotel for a four-night stay. Service was prompt and courteous. The room was always cleaned well.

Desavantatges: No outlets in bathrooms, so don't plan on using a blowdryer or any other plug-ins. Don't order the nachos from the restaurant or for room service. I should have known better—England doesn't do Mesoamerican food, as a rule—but we tried the nachos anyway. I don't know what they were, but they weren't nachos... ...go for the burger.

Avantatges: The location, staff, and downstairs reception area were lovely!

Desavantatges: The bathroom was moldy and dirty, the carpeting throughout the room had many large, nasty stains, and the room's decor was quite outdated.

Avantatges: The staff were very friendly , professional , and efficient . We had a quick check in could not complain about anything at all.

Desavantatges: I liked the whole experience the bedroom was excellent , the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. Really would recommend this lovely hotel to any body

Avantatges: I liked where it was located.

Desavantatges: Packing area was packed which is understandable so I had to go to the underground car park which is understandable but what I don’t understand is why an employee couldn’t give me the correct code to get into the underground car park. Also 20 minutes after I had checked out of the hotel I had realised I had left some clothes behind which was my mistake but to come back to the hotel to get no help, to find my clothes had been stolen was crazy. When booking I also asked if I would get a nice view as that is what I want and that’s what I’m willing to pay, just for me to pay and look at a tennis court all day. It’s not bad, I just personally wouldn’t go back, plenty other hotels I can receive a better service from

Desavantatges: There were a number of issues prior to even arriving at the hotel - I contacted I contacted the hotel to ensure they could verify my reservation so I didn't experience any issues on arrival. I was passed from pillar to post to try and confirm this, and they were adamant that there was no reservation with my details. Another member of the team said she couldn't discuss anything with me because she didn't believe it was my booking. On arrival at the hotel, I had no internet connection. I was extremely surprised but also annoyed because prior to making the reservation, I specifically checked on the Hilton Hotels & Resorts website where it stated that Wi-Fi was complimentary in all guest rooms. Not only this, but when I went to take a shower, the bath was extremely filthy & greasy and there was no soap available to even wash my hands. For a renowned hotel chain that has an excellent reputation, I was not expecting this appalling service. Although I did contact Mr Chris Nassetta (CEO) and his team handled the matter pretty well - so that was a positive.
