L'Hotel Dar Dhiafa es troba a l'illa de Djerba, al poble d'Erriadh. El port de Houmt Souq és a 10 minuts en cotxe. Avantatges: It is an Ok place, look nice in photos but lacks 'soul' and personal attention to details. Location in village is good. The restaurant is also OK but no more than that.
Desavantatges: Relative to price, the bedding (mattress and blankets) are horrible, pool is dirty, breakfast is poor, and general lack of attention to details. Owner is on premises but does not make an effort. Dar Bibin next door is by far better.

Avantatges: It's a beautiful small boutique hotel with we trained staff. The owner was the only one who could speak in English and was very friendly and helpful and so were the staff. Nothing really comes with the room, or at least our room. No complimentaries as a place like Djerba it would be a good t include just a thing or two so it makes the guest welcomed and comfortable. Well, this only my feeling no-one has to agree with though. Property has a very beautiful pool, where you could sit and relax and this was the hotel were it was so peaceful and no one to disturb you. Also, the breakfast was really yummy
Desavantatges: Our room was very small, but bathroom was big. Doesn't come with enough plugs to charge or do anything.

Avantatges: The most enchanting place . I have been dreaming of staying here for a few years ! The most delightful owners and staff . Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Comfortable , quiet , delicious food ( the best we’ve had in Tunisia) and wine . Rooms cleaned beautifully daily. Gorgeous pool. Lovely chess boards in sitting areas. WiFi in public areas only which suited us. Pretty old square very near by with good cafe serving range of teas and some nice boutiques/ shops .
Desavantatges: Sometimes the piped music ! But that is a matter of taste !

Avantatges: Me gusto prácticamente todo, la gente super amable desde el minuto 1, cene un día en el hotel y fue una cena estupenda, la habitación super limpia, el hotel super limpio, el pueblito donde esta muy bonito.
Desavantatges: Wifi solo en recepción y tuve un problema con el taxi que les pedi de vuelta al aeropuerto, me cobro de mas y un borde, encima me dijo que me cobraba de mas por el hotel, imagino que ellos no tienen nada que ver, pero si dieran ese servicio ellos, creo que seria mejor.

Avantatges: El lugar magnífico, decorado con mucho gusto, cómodo. La propietaria encantadora. Nos dejó una guía de la isla, nos proporcionó toda la información que necesitamos. Tratamientos de Talasoterapia. Además nuestro avión despegaba por la tarde y nos permitió late check out. La comida del restaurante buenísima. Totalmente recomendable, un lugar maravilloso que con razón figura en las guías de hoteles con encanto.
Desavantatges: Quizá un poco alejado de la playa, pero fácilmente subsanable con taxi, que además tienen buen precio

Avantatges: Beautiful decor, calm and peaceful atmosphere, good breakfast and wonderful dinner at the restaurant. I can’t fault anything, staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Airport pickup and drop off was very convenient, as was the great free bike rental. Gorgeous neighbourhood too.

Avantatges: The complex of buildings, which form a whole unit, typical of the island's architecture. The interior design retains the specificity of the area, creating the impression of a museum. If you are looking for something authentic, this is the place. The owners of the property were pretty cute and helpful.

Avantatges: The hotel is extremely beautiful, in traditional Djerba style. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, very flexible regarding program changes.
Desavantatges: Only small downfall for me would be the breakfast that didn't really meet my expectations. The hotel should focus on something simple but traditional, natural honey from the region, local lablabi and good coffee instead of insdustrial products.

Aquest hotel està situat a la ruta Midoun/Houmt Souk, a 2,5 km de Midoun, davant de la coneguda mesquita de Musée Fadhloun. Ofereix una terrassa exterior i Wi-Fi gratuïta. Les suites de la Maison Leila tenen aire condicionat, una sala d'estar amb TV de pantalla plana amb canals per satèl·lit, una cuina americana equipada i un bany privat. Cada matí se serveix un esmorzar continental al menjador. Per dinar s'ofereixen plats de cuina italiana. Avantatges: We were on our honeymoon and the beautiful, romantic decor in our room and throughout the place, so many cozy, luxurious spots to relax— it was the perfect place! We loved the patio with blooming jasmine and a bubbling fountain and relaxed environment. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. If not for the lure of the Mediterranean, I would have spent more time in the fabulous swimming pool. I couldn’t imagine a lovelier hideaway on Djerba. The mosque across the street is a beautiful sight to see as well. I highly recommend Maison Leila!

Avantatges: The experience was very authentic. The old house turned into guest house was superb. We took the big room because we needed space for the whole family. It was the best option we could imagine. The price was very cheap for the space we got. The breakfast was basic but the ladies in the kitchen accommodated our additional requests (omelette for the kids etc.)
Desavantatges: We have big suitcases and the big room is in the upper floor. If you have big suitcases and can’t carry them you would better choose a room on the ground floor.

Avantatges: This hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in if not the best. The rooms were amazing - beautiful decor and set up throughout the hotel and its property; wonderful breakfast including fresh juice and delicious homemade cakes and Tunisian dishes (sauces, savory dips, omelette); and most of all excellent service. The people who work in this hotel especially Alessandra and Hanan were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience and they were genuinely engaged in the care of hotel guests. 10/10

Avantatges: Spacious room, huge pool, no animation so the pool area was quiet. Very nice people, great beach. The grounds are big, so the resort did not feel crowded even though the resort was fully booked.
Desavantatges: Food was OK but could have been better, with more variety. Evening service at the restaurant was very slow. I loved the breakfast though.

Avantatges: Enormous suite, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, giant swimming pool, great food (but I think some "light" or "finger" food near the pool would be great, I prefer to eat something simple when I want to return right away to sun-bathing and not a typical "knife and fork" meal), awesome value-for-your-money
Desavantatges: Simple snacks like sandwiches, burgers, ice-creams, etc., should be available near the pool and beach; the beach should be cleaned more often (not an hotel-related problem, but Djerba-related, I think), as there's a lot of trash on the sand (bottles, packages, containers...); the windows' curtains in the suite should be able to block the sun more effectively in order not to wake up with the sun rising. But all minor cons.

Avantatges: Clean and good for the price. But you cannot expect too much. The rooms are okay, but not much decorated or something. Nice garden. Breakfast good for Tunesian standards, the cleaning and cooking lady is very nice and helpful
Desavantatges: The manager at the reception was very unfriendly, our ac was broke and he did not care much so we had to ask if we can have another room which was possible then. He did not speak much to us at all. Beach near hotel very dirty, no private beach.

Avantatges: las instalaciones del hotel estan geniales, más si vas con niños. La seguridad del Hotel también genial. Vigilancia en la entrada del hotel, en la playa y en el cruce que va a la playa. Socorrista en la piscina de toboganes muy amable y atento con los niños. Los animadores son estupendos. se preocupan por los huéspedes y hacen que te lo pases en grande. Gracias William, Joseph y a todos en general!!! La comida esta buena, bastante variedad. Tienen una app para saber el timming de actividades y los espectáculos.
Desavantatges: Las habitaciones son pequeñas y la cama no es de matrimonio, son dos juntas. Pedimos una cuna para el peque y cabía justa. La limpieza. No he visto tantos malos hábitos en mi vida!!! Que asco cuando vi que en las mesas no quitan los manteles sino que les dan la vuelta!!!! Horrorizados le pedimos al camarero que nos lo cambiara y nos miraba mal! Luego vacían las botellas de agua en la piscina... Las tronas de los niños estan asquerosas.

Avantatges: Excelentes servicios y mejor atención por todo el personal; recepción, monitores de ocio, servicio de limpieza.. Por otro lado, una piscina magnífica y playa con acceso directo desde el hotel. Arena Blanca y agua caliente(parece que estás en el caribe). Nuestra habitación pegada al mar, con un balcón con vistas sobre la playa. Todo muy bien, ninguna pega.

Desavantatges: A little isolated, not a whole lot to do in the evening. Hotel fine, but dreadful experience with booking.com - I reserved a room here from the search results presented by booking.com (based on the number AND age of people entered for the search) but the pricing presented it turns out, was incorrect leading the hotel to request an additional significant payment from us on our second day. I raised the issue with a lady in booking.com customer support who denied any responsibility and initially was very rude and argumentative. In the end the hotel kindly wavered the discrepancy even though it was triggered by incorrect booking.com search results. A second call back from a different booking.com support agent confirmed an IT support ticket had been created to address this poor customer experience.

Food variety was poor, compared also with other Chains in the same area and of the same stars rate (and even cheaper). Raw food look also not so fresh. Some staff was a bit agitated.

Avantatges: La tranquilidad. Fuimos ahí a descansar y pudimos hacerlo sin problema. También el trato. Aunque a veces son demasiado insistentes, todos muy cordiales y simpáticos.
Desavantatges: Principalmente la comida. No es que estuviera mala, que no es así, sino que para un 4 estrellas esperábamos muchísimo más. Y que nos pusieran dos camas juntas en vez de una doble.

Avantatges: We really enjoyed holiday. Hotel bases on Russian, French and Polish clients. The food was various and enough for 4* hotel. We could get anytime big bottle of water or mineral water from bar. Beach towels are for free, only change is extra charged. In Djerba is normal to have sea grass in the water and on the beach as well but hotel cleaned it every day what was nice.
Desavantatges: Beach towels are very small. Water in pool was very cold.

Avantatges: The food was excellent - very large variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was nearby and beautiful. Rooms are clean and kept clean on a daily basis. Taxis always available outside of the hotel and can't be arranged through the assistance of the hotel if necessary.

Avantatges: I visited Jerba 3 times, the first two times were in other hotels with high costs and services. I really found Jardins Toumana the best of 3 Hotels i visited. There is no huge selection of food like other buffet but for me was enough (6-8 arts of food, 10 Arts of Salad, 6 desserts). People there are quite, no parties, nice accommodation, simple and clean. Price is fair according to the service and the season. The staff Saleem, Ahmad, Jamel and Mounir, are very helpful and deserve all the best. Wifi not as required but i advice to buy a sim card Orange for 17 dt (5Eur) 1,25 GB. Or more if you want. Location is very good.
Desavantatges: The man who works for maintenance doesn’t know how to restart an wifi connection. I think the hotel needs someone else.

Desavantatges: Las toallas no están a la altura de un hotel de 100 euros la noche. La cocina podía estar mejor equipada (aunque todo lo que pedimos nos lo dieron luego)

Avantatges: We had an excellent experience at this hotel . Upon our arrival the receptionist offered us a warm welcome with big smile and fresh lemonade. Then the room was beyond our expectations. Fully equipped and clean, the appartement also has an authentic traditional decoration and everything we might need. A special note about the breakfast which is varied and generous. We also indulged ourselves in amazing dinner by the pool. All in all we strongly recommand this hotel..

Avantatges: The personel was friendly, breakfast ok, room clean, beach on place. Everything was great.

Avantatges: La piscina. El jardín. El patio interior. El acceso directo a la playa. No había mucha gente pero quizás no era época.
Desavantatges: La mampara del baño estaba rota. Mantenimiento y limpieza de la habitación pobre. Las almohadas eran los almohadones, o eso creo, y olía a tabaco. Para no más de una noche. Desayuno justito. Mala conexión de wifi en las zonas comunes.

Desavantatges: We were a whole day without water throughout the hotel. They were not able to find any solution. We went to sleep with the salt of the beach Upon leaving the hotel we found our car damaged by a blow in the parking . After much insistence they refused to show us the security cameras and give us any kind of solution.

Avantatges: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful of any request, even I have arrived early they still let me have the room early, that was great.
Desavantatges: I did not like there is no internet connection in the room and you need to pay for it, another thing which is a standard now in every hotel is there is no kettle, coffee and tea in the room, I have asked for a kettle and kindly was provided one.

Desavantatges: I stayed only one night, what I did not like was the Food for 1/2 accommodation ( Dinner), it was not in line with price/quality/quantity.

Avantatges: we were not lucky about the weather (sand storm) this affected the cleanness of the swimming pool and the look of the sea But the location is very nice for sure you need your own car to enjoy Djerba
Desavantatges: the staff speaks a poor English they pretend to understand, but they don't poor breakfast crowded with flies
