Avantatges: Nuestra habitación era bonita y el personal también era agradable y servicial.

Desavantatges: Los precios de los alimentos y las bebidas estaban en el techo. Prepárate para pagar mucho más después de reservar tu habitación.

Desavantatges: Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el sistema de iluminación de la habitación es horrible.

Desavantatges: Los precios de la comida. No hay alternativa más barata. No hay nada disponible después de las 12 pm excepto por el servicio de habitaciones

Avantatges: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Tye lay out, the pools, the staff was tremendous.

Desavantatges: The resort has ZERO LIFE! If it were not for the palm trees and beach, you would think you were at a Hyatt in Boston or New York! There was no music at the pools, no games or activities. If reading a book and gambling at night is all you want- this is it!

Avantatges: The staff were wonderful particularly Keith at the bar by the adult only pool - Keith is awesome!

Desavantatges: Not enough hand sanitizer around the property.

Avantatges: Beautiful resort

Desavantatges: Taxes, resort fees, gratuities can get a little out of hand.

Desavantatges: Receptionist and customer service staff were not pleasant at all. Elevators didn’t work few times in our 3 nights stay.

Avantatges: Didn't stay long just over night but the short time ir was wonderful cant wait to stay again and for a longer time and it will be for pleasure not business

Desavantatges: Not enough options for healthy food, breakfast, coffee. Everything was insanely overpriced. The location of the rooms to the pool/restaurants was far.

Avantatges: Nothing!! This place is terrible

Desavantatges: The room was booked under the name Carson... but somehow they had the wrong name... Courtney in the system. My daughter checked in earlier than the rest of our family due to travel from different areas. I spent over an hour making sure my credit card was on file, filled out the paperwork online as well. But they didn’t have that or the correct name either. When we arrived at 2am... we waited over half an hour before we could check in due to only one person working the front desk. Then we were sent to the wrong room at 3am!! We banged on the door along with the bellman for almost 15 minutes before he called the front desk and realized we had been sent to the wrong tower. Over an hour after arrival, we finally go to our room. These rooms are cramped and not very clean. The bath room only has a small tub that is a combo shower... beware... if you weigh over 100 lbs or your hips are wider than 20”, you can’t even sit in the tub! We were so relieved to get out the next morning! The staff is incompetent. Even amid the cancellation of over 50% of Spring Break travelers, we couldn’t get decent service... and all we needed was to check in. Don’t go to the Grand Hyatt. We are looking for a refund.

Avantatges: Beautiful facility but food and drinks extremely overpriced and service was lackluster at best

Desavantatges: Pools were over crowded - not enough chairs for people unless you stand in line right when it opens to reserve them. Resort is west facing so your chair is not ever facing the ocean and the sun until the end of the day

Avantatges: The room was very nice and the overall ambiance Was nice

Desavantatges: The hotel staff would knock on the door or try to come in 2 to 3 times every morning to check if I needed anything that got a little annoying

Avantatges: There are so many amenities on-site that we did not have to leave the property for anything. The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Desavantatges: The staff are not friendly. I forgot dresses in the closet and no one found them even though the room was being cleaned on check out day, which means someone stole them!!! I am very disappointed with the treatment by Atlantis staff.

Avantatges: Its a beautiful resort with plenty to do and see. I loved how you could walk everywhere and there was always something to look at. I loved the gym and took advantage of that.

Desavantatges: I didnt like how the pool closed at 5:00. That is way yo early to close when people are on vacation. Also, the Starbucks near the pools didnt open until 8:00. People get up early and would love to grab a coffee and sit by the pool. Staff could be friendlier. Some were really nice but others were miserable. Would probably choose a different destination next time where yhe pools stay open later.

Desavantatges: Alarmas, trato del personal, idiomas y precio La alarma sonó 2 días en la madrugada, no hay ningún protocolo contra incendios (eso dijeron en recepción) El trato de algunas personas del personal, sobre todo en recepción o la persona que respondía por las alarmas no era amable. Al ser un destino turístico, deberían capacitar a algunas personas en otros idiomas como el español. El costo del hotel debería incluir alimentación, en general uno busca en vacaciones algo all inclusive.

Avantatges: Que es un cuento muy bien armado y con un diseño increíble.

Desavantatges: Que es muy masivo, en particular por el parque de agua por el cual llegan centenares de personas que no están en el hotel. El hotel está viejito y se nota en algunos ítems. Las reposeras de las piscinas y playas también están muy viejas. El parque de agua funciona malito. Se paran algunos juegos y otros colapsan. La comida carísima y ninguna maravilla.

Avantatges: Is very great place to go on holiday with family or with friends. They have places where you can book for different type of holiday. Las Vegas casino style , many activities , just great for any age.

Desavantatges: I spend two nights in the Royal at Atlantis but have to come and go from the Reef to the Royal all the time. Some people at the Reef was nice with me at the beginning but some other wasn’t. The need be more patience with some people and needs. And that wasn’t my case. These hoteles are expensive and the way they treat some people are not according to the expectations. I now is not personal but my time there wasn’t pleasant. The facilities are great, hugs and clean but that is not all, the treatment is very important!

Avantatges: Beautiful resort. Nice staff. Great cleaning staff. Water park was super fun. Beaches were amazing.

Desavantatges: Super expensive food and drinks (4$ cans of coke at the “store”). Very limited vegan food. Bathroom in suite didn’t have a fan so very humid all the time but especially after showers (swim suits never dried while hanging in there).

Avantatges: Es bellísimo!! Por donde lo mires es un hotel maravilloso! Con una estructura para miles de personas y que todos puedan disfrutar y las plata paradisíacas

Desavantatges: La atención de los empleados (restaurantes) a la 22 ya todo está cerrado o por cerrar y No te atienden bien El servicio No es internacional.... llegas y te toman el pedido como si los molestaras y traen la comida junto con la cuenta!! Come, paga y ándate Un desastre En eso nos sentimos muy incómodos!

Avantatges: Las instalaciones son INCREÍBLES! viaje por varias partes del mundo y realmente el hotel es maravilloso, un tanto de otra época pero se nota que tiene una calidad increíble, lleno de obras de arte valuadas en miles de dólares todas temáticas relacionadas a la Atlantis. La arquitectura del lugar como si el edificio saliera del fondo del mar

Desavantatges: Si se reserva con mucha anticipación el hotel se puede conseguir un buen precio! Pero por ejemplo el desayuno cuesta 40 dólares por persona, el almuerzo libre cuesta 70 dólares, una hamburguesa en el resto cercano a la playa cuesta unos 25 dólares más bebida, el hotel tiene unos bares y resto muy lindos para cenar a la noche pero son caros, salvo el italiano que cuesta cómo el resto libre pero solo tiene pizzas y pastas

Avantatges: En general, el arrecife es mejor que las Royal Towers y por lo que me han dicho, ofrece más comodidades que la cala. Mientras no sea prohibitivamente más caro que el Royal Towers, merece la pena.

Desavantatges: La comida es desafortunadamente cara y a menudo está "bien". Sin embargo, ha mejorado progresivamente a lo largo de los años.

Avantatges: No breakfast included & no where close to our hotel to buy any breakfast other than snacks at Starbucks. Restaurants that were further away charge a lot for a buffet.

Desavantatges: The room did have a number of things that didn't work properly. Water went off completely twice during our stay, we had issues with hot water in the additional bathroom shower. There was broken glass on our balcony which my husband stepped on and cut his foot on.

Avantatges: Right on the beach with multiple pools... and access to unlimited towels. Great view from balcony, we had the non-beach facing room but still could see the beach and the bay in between the main island and paradise island.

Desavantatges: Price of food and drinks are outrageous. beaches were not cleaned up the best every night, towels and trash left on beach area nightly. We went during the "off season" and still had to search for chairs to lay down at the beach and pools.

Avantatges: The property is top notch from service to cleanliness etc. such a beautiful place to visit and enjoy time with family and friends. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are great restaurants at the coral/main tower as well as great options by the marina.. Easy to get around the property on free shuttles that run 24 hours.. best trip will book again next year.

Desavantatges: The daytime food options are limited by the pool and although staff is very helpful the overall pace was very slow. Everything else was great

Desavantatges: Absolute tourist trap- food, treatments, activities overpriced- significantly so. Once in the resort, costs to an order of magnitude!

Avantatges: The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The view was good and so was the cleaning service. Our bedsheets were changed every other day as well as our towels.

Desavantatges: A little bit of food smell was coming from the ventilation. When we arrived there was a clogged sink that was duly fixed but the mini bar fridge was faulty and it took a couple of days to fix it. Also some of the drinks in the minibar were out of date.

Avantatges: La playa, las piscinas, la zona de aventura y los apartamentos son perfectos. Los niños disfrutan muchísimo y al mismo tiempo hay Zonas muy tranquilas para los adultos. Es un complejo muy grande pero no estaba lleno así que se estaba de lujo.

Desavantatges: Las opciones para comer/cenar un poco limitadas y con precios carísimos. La mayor parte de las piscinas cierran a las 5 PM... algo pronto para los horarios europeos e incluso americanos.

Avantatges: Probably the best family resort in the world!

Desavantatges: Rooms can be priced a little less.

Desavantatges: Se está envejeciendo y no renuevan las cosas. Las señoras del aseo son muy mal encaradas . Las camillas de la playa dañadas y lis restaurantes regulares. Cómo hay baja ocupación no se preocupan por atender con excelencia a los fieles huéspedes.

Avantatges: La playa es hermosa ! Consideró la mejor del complejo, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Desavantatges: Que nadie habla español.

Desavantatges: Las instalaciones son viejas y necesitan una renovación. El aire acondicionado en el hotel no funcionó durante un tiempo, pero estuvo en nuestra habitación por 3 días. El personal del hotel lo arregló con el cambio de habitación y la compensación, pero durante tres días en nuestra suite no se podía estar.

Avantatges: Tradicional hotel de estilo muy de las Bahamas Majestuoso, único y muy bien equipado

Desavantatges: El ruido de la construcción junto a la zona de playa Música con los bajos muy altos del bar

Avantatges: Intenté conseguir la habitación temprano, pero me dijeron categóricamente que nos registraran a las 4. ¡sin discusiones! Cuando llegué a la habitación, la puerta estaba astillada, EL AIRE acondicionado no funcionaba bien. La playa está bien, pero la construcción al lado es enorme. El personal en general no era muy servicial. No volvería

Desavantatges: Si consigues una tarifa baja, tienes una corta parada y no te importa el servicio, este es un buen lugar

Desavantatges: Many rooms have mold on the walls due to excessive humidity. Unacceptable. Luckily, once I complained they gave me another one that was good.

Avantatges: The location and the staff was very friendly. When I asked to changed my room bcz they gave me a connecting room and the people beside me where so loud. They changed my room so easily.

Desavantatges: The towels were not clean I am so glad I got my towels with me.

Avantatges: I was there just for one night. Time spent was great. Did not go to breakfast as I slept until it was checkout time. Checked in late due to my moving about so was pretty tired once I got to the room so all I did was catch a nice warm shower and went to sleep

Desavantatges: Nothing much to really complain about wasn't there that long. I know most hotels want you to eat at the facility and thus microwave is not in the room but sometimes its unfortunate and you can't get to dine at the hotel or maybe a guest who likes to eat late and the restaurant is closed so would want to warm something up its not a must for the microwave but just a suggestion. Parking was my biggest issue there is no parking for guests. I can see being charged for parking if you're visiting a guest of the hotel but if you're "the" guest don't think we should be charged for parking as this should be one of the services offered as not anyone is dropped there in a limo or taxi

Avantatges: Que tiene Olaya privada (no muy grande) y está cerca del puerto y el centro.

Desavantatges: L primera noche, después de reservar una habitación con vistas y cama extragrande, nada más llegar 22.30h nos dijeron que no tenían mi reserva registrada, que booking no había hecho bien las cosas. No tenían mi reserva ni tampoco habitaciones disponibles para lo que nosotros era imposible y’a que buscar un hotel a esas horas y con un bebé de 1,5 años .. como comprenderán es complicado y costoso. Después de 2 horas de espera y reiteradas llamadas de nuevamente booking, conseguimos que nos dieran una habitación a “regañadientes”y’a que mi hija empezó a llorar y’a que no fueron capaces ni de calentarme su biberón. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa al llegar a la habitación? Que era una habitación de 2 camas (90cm) con vistas a las hojas de un árbol . Dado las horas y que estábamos cansados dejamos pasar hasta al día siguiente. A las 8 de la mañana siguiente (día 2) volvemos a bajar descontentos por el servicio y para solicitar el cambio de habitación y’a que las condiciones no eran ni de cerca las de la reserva. Cual fue la respuesta ? Que teníamos que esperar a que se liberaran habitaciones porque no era seguro el cambio. Obviamente no contentos con el cambio reiteramos la queja a booking. A las 13 y’a por fin conseguimos que dispusieran de una habitación, y al hacer el cambio nos dimos cuenta que la cama extragrande la deberían de excluir de sus servicios porque nos volvieron a dar un cama doble( no apta para 2 personas grandes y un bebé). Decidimos no reclamar porque eran solo 3 días lo que nos quedábamos y era mejor eso que dormir en otro lado. Para terminar el relato, lo peor fue la despedida que nos hicieron pagar 888 dólares (precio más elevado al de la reserva) por todas las penurias pasadas y no teniendo las mismas condiciones de habitaciones que escogimos en la reserva. Cabe decir que los pasillos son viejos con humedades y el techo roto(tengo fotos).

Avantatges: The room was laughably small. The bathroom had a bad fixture that buzzed. The bathroom door was no physically able to be closed. The closet pinched my arm when i closed the door. Lots of loud construction that was not noted!

Avantatges: Es una hermosa propiedad con muchos espacios y piscinas diferentes para sus diferentes necesidades (relajante, diversión familiar, fiesta para adultos, etc.). Complejo muy grande con precios caros: prepárate para bajar $45 cada vez que pidas 2 bebidas del bar. Hay tarifas de servicio e impuestos añadidos a todo lo que haces. Bien cuidado y personal muy amable.

Desavantatges: Todo está bien, excepto el folio de cargos y las tarifas que añaden a todo $$$.

Avantatges: This hotel is grossly overpriced for what it is.

Avantatges: The staff extremely welcoming especially the doorman at Grand Hyatt and SLS. Hotel simply beautiful.

Avantatges: The Baha mar complex was an incredible property with so many incredible facilities right on the beach! The food options are fantastic, the pool options are great and the favourite of ours was the pool aquarium.

Desavantatges: We had a fantastic 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and view of the ocean. We got this room so we could feed our young toddler, however, whilst the kitchen facilities were great they definitely didn’t provide you with the equipment to use it at all. Barely any pots (on 2 small pots) and no pans, no clean cloths or detergent to clean up after either.

Avantatges: Everything about this place was amazing. We always go to the cove and decided to try SLS instead and we are very happy we did. My boyfriend and I are very “high maintenance” travelers and we were definitely not disappointed. All the pools are beautiful and the beaches are amazing. Service for the most part has been awesome except for the beach service is slow. Yes be prepared to pay ALOT for food and drinks and the government taxes (VAT) and gratuity are applied to every bill so be aware. Great location close to airport! Also make reservations at Cleo it was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Avantatges: Leí las críticas antes de reservar este hotel. Es un hotel fantástico para alojarse. Bonitas habitaciones, playa, muchas piscinas, aventura acuática, aventura con delfines, acuario submarino, clubes nocturnos. Es un todo en un solo lugar. Cada lugar está ocupado con gente y energía n al mismo tiempo si quieres relajarte sin gente alrededor de u puede hacer eso también. Me gustó mi estancia completamente. Es adecuado para tipos de personas éter que usted va con familia , pareja o soltero.

Desavantatges: 1 no hay Internet gratis, Internet cuesta 22 $ al día. Extraño pero cierto. Muy decepcionado. 2 el buffet de la cena es demasiado caro, casi cuesta 68 dólares, el servicio no está a la altura del precio. No nos dieron cuenta de que cerraba a las 10:15. Mojamos tarde alrededor de las 9:30. Todos los trabajadores parecían estar de humor para salir De Asap. 3 Long Queue para registrarse, pero eso es sólo un pequeño problema.

Desavantatges: Internet es de 20 dólares por día.

Avantatges: El hotel es excelente, las instalaciones son brutales, es por lejos uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado. La reserva te incluye acceso al parque de agua. Nosotros fuimos en familia entramos 4 en una habitación, por 380 la noche, pero salió a cuenta pensando que el puro parque de agua vale 80 por persona. El hotel además tiene casino, restoranes, una marina, tiendas, es una ciudad completa!

Desavantatges: El Beach es el más alejado de todas las torres, toca caminar mucho, aunque hay buses de acercamiento.

Avantatges: Proximity to the beach. Water park for the kids.

Desavantatges: Rooms weren’t very clean and the property needs updating and renovation. Food options were bad and way overpriced.

Avantatges: The outside grounds, pools, fish tanks, and water activities (river rapids, slides) were beautiful and very well kept. The resort is very large, but there are a lot of signs and maps that help find the way around. It is very easy to get a taxi from the main entrance to leave the resort, and the staff were helpful with that.

Desavantatges: The beach hotel tower felt old and worn, and not a great value for the price of the room, with old electrical circuitry and plumbing.

Avantatges: Our ground floor room was within one of the Garden complexes (8 units/complex) and was completely surrounded by a well maintained and lush landscape. We were a stone's throw of a saltwater feature (pond) containing Sting Rays and about a 15 second walk to a saltwater feature containing 25-30 year old Green Sea turtles.... Our daily walk to the beach was only 2 minutes away! Not sure how much more perfect our stay could have been! We weren't there to stay in our room... It was comfortable and cooled by AC and the King bed was a comfy place to lay our sun soaked heads after a long day!

Desavantatges: Honestly... the only negative was the taste of the tap water.... This forced us to drink bottled water for everything... Thinking it was a "resort issue" we came to realise the water tasted this way throughout our various outings in and around Nassau... So perhaps it's a Water Treatment Plant issue .... Just a shame that the only alternative to a palatable source of water has to come in the form of a plastic bottle. Bonus... Make sure to use the water coupons provided at Check-In or go into town to the grocery store (near the Water Taxi dock) in Nassau. That is, unless you don't mind paying resort prices of nearly $8US / 1.5 Litre (50 once) bottles!

Avantatges: the outside of the hotel looked nice.

Desavantatges: the hotel room itself was so old and outdated an clearly not worth the money.

Avantatges: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great ambience and activities on resort property. They had something for everyone. Casino, theatre, games arcade, the works! The beaches and pools were clean, stocked and well-maintained.

Desavantatges: They should add more clean drinking water facilities around the property. Especially with the number of children around, I was surprised to see not enough clean drinking water fountains. The ones that were around had water that smelled weird (kinda like sulphur). More drinking water please!

Avantatges: The room was large and the hotel is moderately priced compared to the rest of the property.

Desavantatges: No balcony in room and only half of an ocean view. This hotel is dated, far from the rest of the property, staff was not very friendly (downright dismissive actually).

Avantatges: Todo... nos encantó todo acerca de The Cove, el servicio era de primera clase con el personal que rápidamente memorizaba nuestros nombres y nos saludaba como tal... todo el confort humano estaba allí... nos encanta The Cove y pensamos volver a visitar a menudo... el servicio de habitaciones del desayuno era muy bueno

Avantatges: I loved the hotel room but the hotel itself had ridiculous rules and even more ridiculous prices. I paid $45 for 3 small ice creams and then we were reprimanded and told we could not sit by the pool with outside food. We also had to pay $350 for a couch.

Desavantatges: There were a lot of things I did not like. The prices and taxes were unreasonable and We paid ridiculous prices. They did not even include water in our room, we were overcharged for everything. We could not bring outside food or drinks to the pool.

Avantatges: An amazing property with all the amenities within or very close to the main hotels. I enjoyed the golf at The Ocean Club Golf Course. The staff were special, they always made you feel welcome and taken care of. The sea life was amazing to experience. A real special place.

Avantatges: Hotel pequeño, confortable. Las comida variada y de buena calidad. Tiene una playa muy pequeña, cercada por un muelle. Tiene traslado a otra playa desde el hotel. Con sombrillas y sillas, también proveen bebidas y snacks. La pileta de natación es amplia e impecable de limpia.

Desavantatges: No funcionaban todos los restaurantes ni estaban abiertos hasta el horario que dice la página web. El 29/10 había un solo restaurante para cenar, nos hicieron pedir reserva ...y tardaron una hora y media para darnos una mesa. Conclusión: no había ensaladas ( ni repusieron) y de postre solamente una mínima porción de torta de queso con 1/4 de frutilla. En el bar de la pileta jamás logramos un pedido en tiempo y forma ( confundían lo solicitado y tardaban muchísimo). El personal habla sólo inglés y cuando le pediamos que hablaran un poco mas lento , se fastidiaban. Son en general poco eficientes y cordiales. No es un verdadero all inclusive. Me sentí defraudada, dado que no me ofrecieron el servicio que promocionan.

Avantatges: En muchos hoteles, tanto locales Como internacionales, cuando se ofrecen té y café en una habitación se le da agua. Me dijeron que, como hice mi reserva en línea en mi habitación, no pude conseguir agua, fue algo decepcionante, por decir lo menos. No hubo compromiso ni siquiera seguimiento. Algunos miembros del personal eran agradables, pero el suelo necesita ser renovado en los pasillos, ya que se podía oír CADA paso que cualquiera hiciera. Podría haber algunas actualizaciones de ciertas características del hotel.

Desavantatges: Sin duda no me volveré a alojar aquí de nuevo. Las opciones de desayuno tienen que ser más diversas y las colas cuando la sala de pelicanos estaba cerrada hicieron que durara más tiempo. También WiFi siguió volviendo a conectarse.

Avantatges: El hotel era terrible. El personal era grosero y poco servicial con todo. Las habitaciones e instalaciones son de la mejor calidad de motel. La comida era literalmente desagradable. No desperdicie su tiempo o dinero en este sitio. No es mucho menos caro que la torre de la playa Atlantis, que es una mejor opción.

Avantatges: Habitaciones limpias, cómodas, a poca distancia del ferry y Atlantis.

Desavantatges: Incluye desayuno e Internet Wi-Fi, así como acceso a Atlantis.

Avantatges: El personal era muy servicial y amable. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, cómodas, teníamos una cama de matrimonio tamaño king, muchas almohadas y mantas extra disponibles. La nevera de la habitación pequeña funcionaba bien. Excelente especial de internet en la habitación a través de Orbitz, pero $60 por día en honorarios adicionales (estos fueron revelados en la web, sin sorpresas). Es más barato conseguir habitaciones que pagar la tarifa diaria por las instalaciones de la Atlántida, el uso de la Atlántida permitió el día de entrada y salida.

Desavantatges: El desayuno era adecuado, nada emocionante. Bagels blancos lisos, los habituales huevos codificados y waffles autohorneados, fruta y jugo limitados. Le gustaría opciones más saludables y diversas.

Avantatges: Breakfast included was good value and location was conveniate to everything on Paradise Island.

Desavantatges: Reception did not want to give us a room facing the poolside which we had booked and was indicated in our booking.com confirmation of which I even had a copy of. However, after some discussion, they did find a poolside room for us.

Avantatges: El desayuno estaba bien, pero quizá le faltaba algo más de variedad. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, nos gustó todo y estuvimos muy cómodos, a parte, nos dejamos el adaptador de enchufe europeo al de USA y por suerte habían cargadores de conexión USB! La ubicación es perfecta, estás a un paso del complejo hotelero Atlantis, que es una locura lo grande que es aquello, la ventaja que tiene este hotel es que dispones del acceso a todo lo que te ofrece Atlantis pero sin pagar lo que vale estar dentro. También está incluida la entrada al Aquaventure, el parque acuático! En esa misma zona lo tienes todo, restaurantes, tiendas, acuario, actividades, el puerto... También está a 5 minutos la zona donde se cogen los barcos o lanchas para los tours, por ejemplo el de PigBeach que fue el que hicimos nosotros. Nos encantó todo!

Desavantatges: No puedo decir nada que no me gustase, quizá que en Bahamas y en concreto en Paradise Island todo es caro, en comparativa a España. No existe Uber, los taxis te llevan y ponen ellos el precio, en el hotel te dicen lo que más o menos te ha de costar pero el taxista te cobra un extra... Para entrar a Paradise Island tener en cuenta que hay un peaje de 2$ adicionales. Es decir, nosotros del aeropuerto a paradise island pagamos 46$ y cuando llegamos al peaje el taxista nos pidió los 2$ de más.

Desavantatges: Vending machines did not work but we really did not need that could have used a free week end free. Currently planning to spend a family trip there again.

Avantatges: Location very good. Access to all areas of Atlantis very good.

Desavantatges: Due to Corona virus complimentary breakfast reduced to muffins and fruit. Had to ask for something to compensate. Given Rum Punch vouchers after making a point about it. Felt they should have volunteered something. Wifi connection poor in rooms. Furniture in rooms looked dated and worn.

Avantatges: Hermosa playa, gran ubicación en cable Beach. Los restaurantes eran todos buenos para un complejo con todo incluido. Sin duda recomendaría el paquete todo incluido ya que todo es caro a la carta. Las piscinas también estaban bien.

Desavantatges: El vestíbulo y otras zonas comunes han sido recientemente renovadas y son bonitas, pero los pasillos son muy lúgubres y oscuros. Las habitaciones estaban bien. El servicio fue golpeado o perdido. Algunos empleados muy atentos y amables otros en "Island Time" había muchos niños aquí, así que no lo recomendaría para una escapada romántica. No es realmente lo que consideraría un hotel de 4 estrellas, no hay suficiente atención al detalle en todos los aspectos (servicio, apariencia). No hay problemas importantes, pero tampoco una experiencia que me haya quitado.

Desavantatges: algunos días no nos dieron toallas en nuestra habitación. en algunos pisos las cosas estaban un poco deterioradas. la comida era muy cara. la comida en el buffet en el primer piso era estupenda, pero costaba $40 cada uno. La comida en el único otro restaurante en el lugar al que fuimos, la comida mexicana, era simplemente terrible y cara. Nos dimos cuenta de que la mejor relación calidad-precio en la comida era el servicio de habitaciones. Una comida excelente por 20 dólares cada uno.

Avantatges: Es fácil coger taxis a otras áreas, aunque cualquier viaje en taxi le costará unos 15-20 dólares. Hay un Starbucks en el lugar y un Daiquiri Shack al otro lado de la calle. En menos de una hora alguien había tirado a nuestro pasillo y lo limpiaron casi de inmediato. Recomendaría visitar Graycliff Resort por casi el mismo precio.

Desavantatges: Desde el momento en que llegamos, los miembros del personal eran muy poco amistosos y cortos cuando teníamos preguntas. Las instalaciones en persona parecen mucho más gastadas de lo que sugieren las fotografías en línea. Además, el campo de golf y el casino no están abiertos. Pedimos aperitivos en el salón de tapas y después de una hora nunca llegaron. Sólo hay una piscina bajo el sol y es mucho mejor para las familias, ya que hay música de la isla desde las 9am y un gigante bola que los niños pueden entrar y dar vueltas - bloqueando el acceso al bar de la piscina. el wifi sólo funciona en el vestíbulo. El servicio de limpieza se encargó de comprobar si todo estaba bien con nuestra habitación una noche a las 10:30pm - parecía bastante innecesario.

Avantatges: Todo, buena ubicación, buena playa y buen personal. No es demasiado caro y es fácil coger el autobús. La choza de Daiquiri era increíble.

Desavantatges: Nada; solo las renovaciones que no habían terminado, pero no resultaba un inconveniente.

Desavantatges: Estancia terrible. Nada funcionó. El personal es muy desagradable.

Desavantatges: The bed was clearly broken. There was no support beam in the middle of the bed so the mattress and box spring were resting on the floor in the center of the bed. The rooms were not very new or modern. The floor we were on felt and smelled like a basement. We were told that there would be a number of restaurants available to us and that was important because my partner has food allergies. After checking in we were told to make reservations for meals and so we went to do so. The woman who helped us was not very helpful at all. In fact she seemed not very interested in helping us. She said all the restaurants were booked and our only option was to dine at a grill outside. So we did. Sadly the food was terrible and not many options to choose from. I had to stuff myself on bread and my partner on some raw broccoli. The broccoli was meant to be cooked but like the rest of the vegetables they weren’t fully cooked. Breakfast was also awful. We were told the buffet was out option. When we went we were seated in a restaurant called Aqua. The food selection was extremely slim and terrible, for example the potatoes were so stale. They tasted as though they had been leftovers and microwaved after sitting out for days. Sadly no one told us that there was another restaurant that had the full breakfast buffet until we were done. Even then when we went to look at it, it was not appealing. It was a very expensive stay for nothing. The photos of the place are very deceiving. We told the front desk and all we got was a sorry. The worst hotel experience of my life and I work in the travel industry. The beach was clean but very narrow! Not much room for playing or walking or laying on it. You can only lay on the chairs at the resort. The resort felt like a bad stationary cruise ship. Not really a place for a cool younger 20’s-40’s crowd. It’s a bit trashy.

Avantatges: Location. It was a very clean beach and right by Baha Mar if you wanted to get off the resort and explore something different. The price was reasonable for this resort as well.

Desavantatges: It took multiple calls and speaking with someone at front desk to fix minor things in the room. We had asked for extra towels and an iron for 2 days and never received it!

Desavantatges: Customer service poor and staff attitude miserable staff ignored you if they wanted too. Ran out of Glasses and cups regularly at the bars and simply turned you away.

Avantatges: Me gusto la isla privada frente al hotel con lancha incluida.

Desavantatges: No me gusto el trato del personal ni las respuestas de los gerentes del hotel. Las habitaciones tienen camas pequeñas y duras, no pudimos dormir bien. Por otra parte la limpieza del hotel no es buena ya que una noche vimos un ratón en el buffet y finalmente las instalaciones del buffet son pequeñas y oscuras.

Avantatges: La playa! Aunque solo tienes sol en un sector ya que el edificio a partir de las 13:00 deja media playa sin sol , una lástima

Desavantatges: No hablan español ... eso hace que la gente no sea amable.. se escapan de solo escuchar español y no quieren entender ni la palabra Coca-Cola.....

Avantatges: El hotel es muy completo, tiene restaurantes con comidas con distintas notas características para cenar, lo que más me gusto, además de la playa, fue el buffet que se llama Market, muy completo, siempre bien provisto y con muchísima variedad tanto para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Si bien no todos los empleados hablan español, se preocupan de que una persona habla hispana te explique todo el funcionamiento. La playa es increíble, el agua turquesa transparente y la arena fina y blanca. La habitación que me tocó era muy amplia y cómoda, las camas confortables y las vistas próximas al mar. En el hotel todos los días hay actividades para grandes y chicos. Las personas del hotel hablan inglés, son muy amables y atentas. El hotel tiene una gran diversidad de huéspedes, familias con niños, parejas, gente sola y grupos de amigos. Personas de todas las edades y culturas.

Desavantatges: La presencia de vendedores de tours, cocos y artesanías en la playa. Como dato adicional, puedo comentarles que el aeropuerto tiene la lista de tarifas a los distintos lugares de Nassau, por ejemplo para ir al Hotel Meliá en Cable Beach el taxi nos cobró 22 dólares, pero había algunos taxistas que querían cobrarnos 35 o 40 dólares excusándose en las dos valijas que llevábamos. Así que es importante informarse de las tarifas de transporte para no ser burlados.

Avantatges: buen desayuno, buen servicio en bares, buen servicio en buffet.

Desavantatges: demoras en los restaurants temáticos (20 a 30 minutos) pese a tener que hacer reserva. hay cierto rechazo al latino hispano parlante, grupos anglosajones u afro americanos son tratados de manera mas cordial. Poca presencia de staff de habla hispana.

Desavantatges: Only complaint was the breakfast buffet food in both the Market Place and Aqua was always cold.

Avantatges: El personal es muy servicial, amable, cortés. Una pareja mayor, necesitamos una nevera para nuestros medicamentos y no hubo ningún cargo extra. El buffet de desayuno en Royal Towers, cerca del Dig, era magnífico... caro, pero Magnífico. Excelente servicio de limpieza, temprano y eficiente. La biblioteca es una adición excelente.

Desavantatges: Las vistas al agua eran sólo los tejados del restaurante Barbeque, una palmera marchita, y una piscina estancada de rayas y tortugas... el océano sólo se ve en la distancia inclinándose sobre el balcón. Demasiados impuestos y tasas adicionales. No hay pantallas en las puertas del patio. Ventilador de baño alto que debe estar encendido siempre que la luz está encendida.

Avantatges: Todo acerca de la Atlántida era genial.

Desavantatges: Lo caro que era todo. Comíamos en el restaurante estilo Buffett y estaba cerca de doscientos dólares para la esposa y yo. Éramos 100 para los dos sólo para el desayuno. Valió la pena. Sólo asegúrate de que presupuestes al menos una gran comida y bebidas como hicimos para nuestra estancia de 5 noches.

Avantatges: Toda la configuración. Gran lugar para ir de vacaciones. La habitación tenía una vista maravillosa. Las playas eran agradables y estaban limpias. Paseo en rápidos muy divertido para todas las edades. Acuario realmente bonito y muy bien hecho. Todo el personal era muy educado y servicial.

Desavantatges: En el lado negativo. La comida era muy cara. No hay mucho ambiente nocturno. Máquinas de casino muy apretadas, así que no es divertido para jugar.

Avantatges: The facilities are great.A lot of swimming pools,beach areas, aquariums everywhere, many restaurants and very good acces between the all 5 hotels. They have also a big casino.

Desavantatges: Very expensive food but don’t imagine in downtown is more than half price plus you have to pay the 50$ for taxi if you want to try local food:)))So if you are here you pay.The buffet is 65-75$ and a portion in an a la carte restaurant is between 30-70 plus 27% taxes.

Avantatges: All very well set up- all age groups could find something to do. Many many amenities and very nicely located.

Desavantatges: Expensive, not good value for money. Cleanliness was so-so.

Avantatges: The location of the Coral was one of the only positive things about this particular property. We were steps from the beach and Marina Village where you could find (overpriced) restaurants. The whole complex is very beautiful and well kept. I suppose if you splurge and stay at the Reef or the Cove, you might have a different review

Desavantatges: I had read a lot about this property and had read about the condition of the rooms. I thought people were exaggerating, but they were not. If I had gotten a deal and paid very little for my room, I would say it was OK. However, it looked more like a really cheap, badly upgraded, airport motel than a four star resort. We had a Deluxe (I'd hate to see what a standard looked like) room with sea view. The problem with our room was that it was directly above the noisy utility building. I don't often complain but I think Atlantis needs to look closely it how it maintains this building. The food was OK but very expensive. I am used to the VAT but even considering that, 96$ for a continental breakfast for 2 is a bit stiff.

Avantatges: loved the overall ambian of the place. i will definitely be going back. it was amazingly beautiful.

Desavantatges: i did not received the room i requested. really preferred a better view instead of the garden view.

Desavantatges: Las opciones de comida, hay muchos restaurants pero en todos se ofrece el mismo menu (fast food), si queres comer algo mas elaborado (pastas/pescado/carne) es carisimo. Relacion precio calidad de la comida es mala. Para el precio del hotel deberia estar incluido el desayuno tambien. Nosotros hablamos ingles, pero para personas que hablan solo castellano se complica mucho. Sugeriria algun medio de transporte entre hoteles y zona de ocio ya que hay que caminar mucho.

Avantatges: Staff is very friendly !

Desavantatges: Getting a sea view room meant you are right above the loading dock where every morning at 6-7 am trucks pull in to bring stuff or take stuff out. Now that’s not bad BUT all these trucks have a backup sound which is worse than phone alarm. When you are on vacation you don’t want this nuisance. Expect this for all ocean view rooms. Connecting doors; all rooms have doors that connect to adjacent room. We were next to a very loud family of 4-5 people who had ill mannered kids. So besides the trucks we had loud kids.

Avantatges: La variedad de la comida, el personal es agradable y el agua es preciosa.

Desavantatges: El lavabo de mis hermanas estaba defectuoso y el agua que olía mal se levantaba cuando se apagaba el agua. Había obras en marcha y mi padre estaba encerrado fuera de su habitación porque la cerradura no funciona bien y aunque el personal fue capaz de arreglar la cerradura, todavía era un inconveniente.

Avantatges: La comida fue una agradable sorpresa. El personal era amable.

Desavantatges: Playa pública. Prepárate para encontrar conflictos. La oferta de alcohol era de baja calidad. Piscina pequeña.

Avantatges: La comida es estupenda. Las bebidas son increíbles. El personal fue maravilloso. La playa es inigualable. A pasos de Atlantis para pasar el rato en la noche o conseguir un pase de un día para el parque acuático. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Desavantatges: Room service was bad. Customer service is not consistent. had bad service during check-in after our flight was delayed 5 hours.they did not give me the room I requested the first night.

Avantatges: We loved the staff. everyone was very accommodating. the food was excellent and all of the servers were great!! The pools were awesome and so was the beach!! We loved the private Island. The water was beautiful.

Desavantatges: We wished that the private island was open later than 4:00PM. We were told that they stocked Bacardi Rum, but they did not. The Piano Bar should be open later than 11:00PM. That way you could have the loud music at Crickets and the Piano music for the other crowds. We were told by the reception when checking in that they would stock our room with alcohol, but this never happened. It would have been nice to have a cocktail in the room. The butlers would reserve all of the chairs for guests, but we noticed everyday that many of the chairs were never used, so other guests could not get a good seat.

Desavantatges: The only thing that was slightly aggravating were the difficult guests that seemed to never be satisfied with the staff's best efforts.. I m sure they were miserable before they got there hahaha

Avantatges: The staff were outstanding. An all-inclusive resort seems to draw hard core drinkers who can be belligerent. The staff were highly trained and kept a delicate balance between courtesy and upholding rules. The food was not great and the alcohol mediocre.

Desavantatges: For the price, the food was as expected.

Desavantatges: The television would freeze every 15 minutes for about five minutes or so made watching anything impossible. The refrigerator in the room was a giant block of ice. The prices for food and resort experiences were sky high.

Avantatges: The beach was amazing. The staff was professional fun and always went above and beyond to help when needed. Checking in we told the front desk it was our 5 yr and we got an ocean view without asking it was amazing I cant wait to go back.

Avantatges: Staff is the best part of this resort. The Resort is a bit run down and dated and the rooms even more so. We couldn't review the free non-motorized water sports because the were not available to us due to weather.

Desavantatges: Limited dining options due to the on site restaurants only being open a nite or 2 per week. Even on calm days during our stay they had the RED flag out and that shuts down the non motorized water sports. Liquor grade has deteriorated since our last visit

Avantatges: The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a decent choice of items. We usually ate on outdoor patio for breakfast but quickly learned to bring our own coffee with us. Staff were very slow in offering beverage service.

Desavantatges: To have more than one specialty restaurant open most nights. The facility needs major renovation but the staff makes up for this. Most guests were not first time visitors and were recognized by the staff which added to the warmth.

Avantatges: The staff was unbelievably great! So kind and very friendly, and on top of that very hard working people. The resort is very clean, everywhere you go there is someone cleaning, scrubbing tables, sweeping/mopping, etc.

Desavantatges: WiFi was terrible, could never stay connected longer than 15 seconds, and I asked the staff about it and they said "yeah our WiFi isn't the best and we hear a lot of complaints about it". Elevator was slow, they had two elevators and only one worked.

Avantatges: The only thing to like about this hotel is the food and the amazingly courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Desavantatges: This hotel is antiquated just to put it mildly. The rooms were infested with mold on the drapes that probably haven't been changed since the 1980s. There was no layout of the resort at hand for guests to make their way around the property, very confusing.

Avantatges: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean.

Desavantatges: Es mi cuarta estancia en este hotel y probablemente la última, la atención del personal es mediocre a baja. Si entrenas mientras viajas este definitivamente este no es el hotel para ti, todas las máquinas están rotas o con defectos. En cuanto a la comida que es el problema más grande; para el desayuno es aceptable, pero para la cena es complicado, hay opciones limitadas y ningún restaurante sólo un Starbucks.

Desavantatges: La cafetera no funcionaba cuando intente tomarme un café en la mañana esta nunca funciono. Uno de los swiches (toma corriente) tenía un pedazo de metal incrustado y no dejaba conectar nada algo que se arregla con un alicate. Además la atención de las personas de bar fue más bien descortés tenía derecho a una bebida de bienvenida y me cansé de que me ignoraran y preferí irme.

Avantatges: Las instalaciones y el ambiente en general, la limpieza. En la recepción nos recibieron muy bien y el bar nos gusto bastante. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. El detalle de las bebidas de cortesia fue excelente!

Desavantatges: La variedad en el bar era muy limitada y demoraron en traer los pedidos pero nada muy importante.

Avantatges: El hotel está bien. Nuestra habitación muy amplia, con fantásticas vistas al mar, todo muy limpio. El baño muy bien. El hotel cuenta con 2 piscinas y un pequeño bar/restaurante donde se puede desayunar y tomar algo. El personal muy amable. La ubicación perfecta, está muy cerca de la playa y muy próximo al puerto donde llegan los grandes cruceros. Tiene parquing y en mi opinión es un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Desavantatges: No hay nada que no me gustara. Todo me pareció correcto y bien.
