Avantatges: Very nice room and comfortable bed and showers.

Desavantatges: Paying for Wifi is ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. Having to wait and queue for breakfast isn't acceptable at this level of hotel. It destroys the experience of a nice stay.

Avantatges: We stayed at the Conrad Seoul for one night as a long layover on the way back to New York. Our flight arrived early at 5:30 AM. We took the 6030 bus from the airport (14,000 won/person) which dropped us off at the hote. Check in wasn't until 4 PM and we were there at 8 AM, tired and sleepy. We paid 60,000 won for early check-in and happily took a nap and shower to recharge before touring the city. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke decent English which was great since we did the speak Korean. The room was nice, spacious and clean although starting show some wear (the wallpaper was peeling off). Overall a nice quick stay. Took the 6030 bus back to the airport ithe next AM.

Desavantatges: Half of the river view was blocked by the other buildings and some lights on the ceiling kept blinking - for emergency purposes I guess but way more disturbing than the other hotels - which made it difficult to fall asleep

Avantatges: The staff was extremely nice at the hotel, even though I’ve got tons of extra requests at the very last second they still managed to resolve it. Their is free WiFi at the hotel, so no worries if you read any other complains on the App. The room was still cleaned the next day even though I forgot to turn on the cleaning bottom. Nice experience after all, a nice stay for couples or family vacation.

Avantatges: Breakfast have many choices. Hotel lower floor is connected to IFC which easy for food, coffee and some shopping. The water supply is stable. The bath tub is long enough for long legs resting

Desavantatges: En el restaurante japonés del sótano no hablan en inglés y no te explican nada del menú, además no te dan muy bien la bienvenida y es tan como enojados los que te reciben y las meseras, unque la comida es rica y los chefs del sushi muy amables.

Avantatges: El personal era increíble. Los conserjes eran muy serviciales.

Desavantatges: La cama era incómoda y la habitación no se sentía limpia o con control de temperatura.

Avantatges: La piscina y el spa. Merece la pena solo por eso, hasta te prestan las zapatillas de deporte y la ropa de baño si no has traído. El gimnasio es muy grande y cómodo y el vestidor es genial, el personal es amable.

Desavantatges: El desayuno era buffet pero muy caro para lo que había y tuvimos que esperar unos 15minutos para poder empezar a comer, después, cuando nos llamaron, eran las 9:40 y nos dijeron que antes de las 10 ya cerraban todo, casi no pudimos comer.

Avantatges: El buffet del desayuno excelente; ubicación maravillosa , en la esquina pasa la línea 2 del metro, pero también se puede tomar taxi a muchos puntos turísticos ya que al estar muy cerca no salen caros los trayectos. Al lado del hotel está un centro comercial al que se accesa por el elevador.

Avantatges: La ubicación era céntrica para todo en Seúl. Perfecto. El personal era muy servicial y amable. La habitación estaba limpia, era moderna y cómoda. Había una entrada directa al centro comercial subterráneo y al metro.

Desavantatges: mientras había restaurantes dentro del hotel, eran demasiado caros para mi gusto, y con tantas otras opciones alrededor del hotel para comer, ¿por qué comías en el hotel?

Avantatges: El hotel era precioso y la ubicación era estupenda. El personal del hotel me ayudó con todas mis necesidades y mi estancia fue increíble.

Desavantatges: La iluminación era un poco difícil de entender en las habitaciones.

No interesa. Los restaurantes y bares extremadamente caros. Un simple buffet debería costar la mitad.

Avantatges: The hotel right next to the understand station, very convenient! Staff were very friendly and good in English communication.

Desavantatges: La habitacion, el mando para encender y apagar las luzes y las cortinas tenía un defecto. Las cortinas se abrían y cerraban y las luces se encendían y apagaban solas a cualquier hora, de noche y de madrugada como durante el día dejándome sin dormir. Reclamé y me dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y que me iban a poner una botella de vino en la habitación por las molestias. Ni uno ni otro!!!

Avantatges: Location was the best. The bakery under the hotel is great. Lots of staffs to help you. If you have any problems or needs. It's most likey to be solved. Love 5 stars quality service! Food was great at club lounge.

Desavantatges: Cleaner broke my eyeshadows and pretended like it didnt happen. But hotel staff reacted very well for this. I was afraid of the size of the room but it was bigger than i expected and would love to go back.

Avantatges: Close to shopping centre, it has underground pedestrian directly to Myeongdong Shopping Street.

Desavantatges: Too bad the room is too crowded with many things, even though it has large area. Pls consider to make changes for the lay out.

Desavantatges: el cafe, y la leche del desayuno y del free service del lounge 9 floor 18 es de muy mala calidad. En mi experiencia vivida en este hotel, es el unico punto negativo. Todo lo demas excelente incluyendo el GS25 24horas en el lobby del hotel. Estancia fabulosa

Avantatges: Habitación y baño espacioso. El hotel es muy nuevo. Buena ubicación pero no está en Myeong-dong, que queda a unos 10 minutos andando.

Desavantatges: El desayuno es muy mejorable en cuanto a variedad y calidad. Deberían añadir alimentos más continentales para los clientes no asiáticos.

Avantatges: Buena ubicación para ir andando a algunas de las zonas turísticas si te gusta andar y si no con una parada de metro cercana. El hotel estaba muy limpio

Desavantatges: No me gustó el trato del personal de recepción. Es el único hotel que nos dieron problemas las tres tarjetas de crédito Visa al pagar, no dieron ninguna solución al respecto. El servicio para un hotel de esas características pésimo. La comunicación en inglés muy mala. No recomiendo este hotel en Seul.

Avantatges: Es un buen hotel situado en una zona muy cerca del metro y de la zona de Myeong-dong que tiene mucho ambiente, restaurantes, cafes, tiendas, puestos de comida. El desayuno está bastante bien y en la planta 18 hay una terraza que tiene muy buenas vistas y es muy agradable. Hay una tienda-supermercado en el lobby del hotel que funciona las 24 horas.

Desavantatges: En las habitaciones hay poco espacio para dejar las cosas.Los ascensores son un poco locura porque tardan bastante.

Avantatges: Esta situado en uno de los mejores barrios de Seúl (Myeongdong), ya que es conocido como el barrio de la cosmética coreana. También hay restaurantes buenísimos para probar la comida tradicional! El desayuno es estupendo! Yo no tuve la ocasión de comer o cenar porque siempre lo hacía a fuera ya que súper barato y delicioso en comparación con España. Tiene una tienda de conveniencia, abierta las 24 horas, en dónde puedes comprar de todo! Otro punto a destacar es que está al lado de un Hospital (3 minutos andando) y a mi personalmente me tranquilo bastante!! Para las personas que son fumadoras, recomiendo mucho este hotel porque en el piso 18, tiene un rooftop garden dónde puedes fumar sin ningún problema y tiene un sombrilla muy grande para protegerte de la lluvia, sol o nieve. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y acogedoras. El baño es estupendo. Las camas son súper cómodas. Tienen un paquete Wifi que depende de la habitación que escojas, puede venir incluido o no pero si no lo tienes lo puedes contratar ( lo recomiendo muchísimo ya que el internet en Corea es súper rápido y os será muy útil para moveros o sino una tarjeta sim, que las podéis contratar en el aeropuerto a muy buen precio pagando con tarjeta de crédito NO VISA o con dinero en metálico). Por último pero no menos importante. En el aeropuerto se puede coger un bus que se llama Limusina bus y te deja a 5 minutos del hotel y se tarda 1 y 20 desde el aeropuerto de Incheon. (Lo recomiendo muchísimo si lleváis maletas pesadas ya que en Seúl os vais a encontrar con MUCHÍSIMAS escalares y es muy incómodo.... Lo digo por experiencia

Desavantatges: Outrageously tried to “sting” us an extra 50% room fee ( ie “you’ll have to pay a $500 early check in fee”!!!) in order to check in at 1.30pm. Very very poor way to “welcome” your customer. No baths in rooms - $750-1000 per room per night for a room with no bath?

Avantatges: Staff. As always they are your best asset.

Desavantatges: Price. Outrageous for a suite that has seen better days. Had a feeling of a lot of wear and tear about it. Also I paid the extra for club access but it wasnt even open in the morning so I couldn't have a business meeting I needed there. Very poor indeed.

Avantatges: Love the location and views when the weather is good. Unfortunately it wasn’t so a room Upgrade for a river view was a waste.

Desavantatges: We could hear everything in the rooms in both sides of us. At these prices there should be better sound proofing. Mattress was extremely firm not Grand Hyatt quality.

He visto mejores buffets de desayuno en hoteles de 30 dólares por noche en países del tercer mundo. Fue tan malo que ni siquiera regresé la segunda mañana de mi estancia.

Desavantatges: Whenever I stay at the Hilton, I feel like there's always something missing. Friendly staff, good location, and clean facility but no free wifi (the only hotel I know in Seoul who charge for the Wifi service) and no toothbrush. It's a good hotel to stay but not worth the money they charge. It's a shame.

Desavantatges: Location is not the best, it is far to almost every tourist attraction. But it is situated next to the metro line so it is not that of a problem.

Avantatges: The room was spotless, the bathroom very clean and spacious, the bath was able to comfortably fit me with my long legs. The supplied toiletries were very high quality, and I was even able to use the provided razor without cutting my face! The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. Since we were staying as an anniversary/valentines day gift, there was a nice note and small box of chocolates which was a nice touch. The hotel was very accommodating when trying to book dinner, managing to get us into La Yeon that night after putting us on the waiting list after I had booked dinner too late. My partner took full advantage of the Shilla duty free store bonuses (10% off voucher and fast-tracking to a gold membership) which we received for staying.

Desavantatges: The only small annoyance we experienced was that the blinds in our room automatically raised whenever we entered. That meant we had to find the blinds remote and manually lower them. Actually, a second annoyance is that the points for staying at the hotel have not been added to my Shilla account; there was information for registration via the app in the room, and I left my membership number (after I had registered that morning) with the front desk, but four days later I haven't received anything. I would recommend downloading the app before booking and staying so you can get the benefits. It's a little unclear as to how to redeem.

Desavantatges: Era un poco difícil averiguar dónde exactamente estaba situado desde donde el autobús nos dejó en la estación de chungmuru. Aparte de eso, los servicios eran excelentes

Generoso con el agua embotellada y café en la habitación, también la máscara facial era un toque dulce. Nos Encantó nuestra excursión DMZ Por CK, que nos recomendó PJ's. Visitas VIP, fue "Fantástico"

Desavantatges: Me pareció que el SPA que nos recomendaron era un poco caro para el servicio "Apresurado" que nos dieron.

Avantatges: The view was great, although it was a bit cloudy at the time so you couldnt see much. Lobby staff were very friendly and the receptionist spime very good english. The room was spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. Parking available in the underground garage was a plus.

Desavantatges: Our room was tucked away down a cramped corridor with very low ceilings off of the main hallway, as if it were renovated and repurposed from a prior utility space but you forget about it once you walk into the very spacious room, eslecially for Korea. The bathtub was a bit too small.

Avantatges: The free shuttle services to popular shopping and eating districts.

Desavantatges: We were only allowed two keys even though we stayed in a quad suite.

Desavantatges: Noticed room cleaner didn't clean properly, I was eating biscuit in the room morning, when came back in the evening, carpet still dirty as morning.

Desavantatges: Breakfast menus were unchanged during our 8 - night stay. Quite boring.

Avantatges: All rooms are clean. Suite King room is spacious. They have a chinese speaking receptionist. She is very helpful throughout our stay. They provide hand sanitizer at the hotel lobby and face mask for all the guest upon request. Shutter bus to myeongdong and dongdaemum is a plus point. Self check in luggage service. You can lock your luggage and stuff in the lockers provided. There is a weighing machine for your luggage too.

Desavantatges: We have booked 3 rooms for 6 of us in total from 18-24 Feb. Heater in the King Suite room wasn't working properly. Quite frustrating to wake up either feeling too cold or too hot. The concept of my room is completely wrong. After entering the suite room, u will find your wardrobe along the walk way to the living room. After entering the living room, you will find at the end of the living room on the left side is bedroom with a door and on right side of the living room it is where u enter into the wash up/makeup area (without a door) and further in is the toilet/shower area with a door. There is no space to hang ur clothes and towel inside the toilet/shower area so u can only place your clothes in the wash up/makeup area. So after bathing u need to walk out to the wash up/makeup area and u would feel extremely cold as there is no heater or door to keep the area warm. Pillows are too soft. My sister-in-law requested for 2 extra pillows and was told that they need to pay extra for one of the pillows. Although me and my sis also requested for extra pillows for our rooms, we will not told about the extra charge. Location wasn't that convenient. Construction is currently going on around the area and abit noisy at night. Not all the receptionist are helpful and in fact one of them is actually very rude. No eating is allowed in the hotel lobby and perhaps they should put up a sign to let guests know. We were just finishing the donuts as we do not want to bring it up to our rooms but was told that we cannot eat in the lobby.

Avantatges: The staff are really helpful and friendly.They can speak english well.Location are great 10mins walk from Chungmuro station and cinema.Theres a free shuttle bus.They are construction going on but the noise doesnt really bother much.The hotel warn us about the noise but we didn’t heard a thing

Desavantatges: Absolutely nothing!

Avantatges: It is close to Myeongdong, 5 mins walk to MRT station, full of local food the hotel area. The hotel staffs are friendly and attentive to foreigner guests with fluent emglish speaking. Will hghly recommend!

Desavantatges: Overall experience was great except the breakfast buffet is rather boring as in the exact same menu for my 3 days stay. Hope they could improve in this area.

Avantatges: Servicios y amabilidad en los mismos. El hotel dispone de dos rutas de transporte para huéspedes a zonas turísticas, muy útil y aproximarse a las mismas; además, el autobús ofrece trayecto para ir y volver. Un excelente desayuno con variedad en los alimentos, tanto occidentales como coreanos.

Desavantatges: La zona impresiona como insegura. He de comentar que no tuvimos ninguna situación de sobresalto al caminar por la misma. Tiene gran cantidad de negocios, en menor número restaurantes para elegir. Sugeriría la ampliación de horario para la ruta que ofrece el hotel y que pasa por Myeongdong.

Avantatges: The room size and room arrangement for family with 3 kids.

Desavantatges: The full rate (jan 6) even of we checkin at 1am. And the full rate (jan 12) even if we checkout at 7pm, jan11.

Avantatges: Staff is great! Room was quite nice with the balcony.

Avantatges: Great location. We were able to walk to everything from the hotel and hardly used the metro. Best laundry with washing machines and 2 irons. There was a 24 hour convenience shop next door.

Desavantatges: The other twin bed was a bit on the small side for our 2 children. We only ever got 3 towels which made me think it was a triple room rather than twin deluxe? There was a free bus service which we found too unreliable to use.

Desavantatges: Hotel was located south of the river, but all of the historic sites are north of the river. I booked a deluxe room with king bed. However the king bed was to beds put together. Unexceptionable!

Avantatges: Very neat and clean. Service are billion

Avantatges: Extremely good service, cleanliness and room layout

Desavantatges: Not much to dislike

Avantatges: It feels like home of your dreams
