Avantatges: Most of the staff wonderful except the gentleman that has a bun in his head for his long hair. Not helppful at all and not very pleasant.. THe rest of the staff,very nice, very pleasant, very helpful.

Our room was spacious and had a very nice view both of the city and the sea.
Food was really good but when it gets busy in the morning you have to wait for your coffee for good 15 minutes as you can only order it from the waiters.

Avantatges: Location was great - right across the street from the ocean; Jaffa is only a 20 minute walk away along the promenade. Balcony was nice. The hotel staff arranged for 3:00am taxi pickup (for me to catch very early morning flight out of Ben Gurion airport), so I did not have to struggle to found a taxi during the middle of the night. The staff did not "advertise" that they could do this, but if you do need a taxi, they have a company they use that will come. This is good because if you try to reserve a taxi over the phone, a lot of the taxi services require you to give them your personal cell number (not the hotel number). I did not have a phone during my trip, so the fact that the hotel staff could reserve a hotel for 3:00am was great.
