All front disck staff are professionals, helpful and friendly specially Mr. Michael and Mohamed Mahmoud. All restaurants and pool staff are very polite and supportive, Restaurants varieties is good idea to suit all tastes, good location and design
Animation team is very poor, entertainment and activities during all the day are not good, Shower gel in the bathroom is not available in all days, Transport boat closing time is not good and not matched with facilities timing, there's no Turkish coffee in all the resort, no ironing facilities available in the rooms.

Everything is excellent!
The wifi internet was slow. The bathroom in our room smelled bad most of the time. The bathroom in general needs to be renewed!
