A big thank you to Mr. Ibrahim (the receptionist) he has worked very hard to provide us with the perfect room as we didn’t notice that we have booked a Mountain View room and that was our honeymoon vacation, we were very upset but he has worked very hard to make our honeymoon the best. Happy to know such a good person, thanks a lot for making our vacation perfect.

Location is amazing , probably the best beach in Hurghada not just sahl hasheesh.
We took a sea view room . The whole building needs full maintenance . No food variety Specially dinner. We asked for an iron . And when the housekeeping came to makeup the room , they took it back without even informing us ! It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel treatment!!
