Grand Hyatt Istanbul

Breakfast was good with a range of healthy Mediterranean food . Variation on hot food was limited. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was only 2 mins from Tamsin square and offered the quietness in a lively neighbourhood.

The friendliness expected in 5 star was not present. Felt not part of the hotel at times. The bedsheets were not changed for 2 days and we had to request a change as well. We had asked for a double bed and a single as there were 3 of us but when we got there no room was ready and we had to request the bed. Also the room provided did not overlook Bosphorus which we requested when we did the booking. .

Está bien para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, nada excepcional

Muy buena variedad para el desayuno y el almuerzo.

Me alojé en el Grand Hyatt Istanbul por negocios. Al llegar al hotel, me enteré de que el hotel había reservado incorrectamente mi reserva por dos días extra a la tarifa de negocios (había reservado 2 días a una tarifa más baja, ya que me quedaría por placer y no quería pagar la tarifa más alta pagada por mi empleador). En lugar de arreglarlo, me dijeron que lo tratase con mi agencia, a pesar de que tenía una copia del correo electrónico que confirmaba la duración de mi estancia. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, esta es una buena opción, nada especial comparado con otros en la ciudad. La mayoría de su personal del hotel es agradable, pero muchos (especialmente el personal de reservas y recepción) son bastante complacientes y podrían usar un actualizador en etiqueta y cortesía.
