Staff was really helpful. Cleaner on my floor Cicek was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Confirmation call at the end regarding minibar usage avoids unnecessary payments.

Every single thing the stuff were amazing specially “ibrahim” he used to clean our room very helpful and friendly even though he had to take care of the whole floor but he managed to fulfill our needs when ever we needed help from him , stuff on the reception also were very helpful and most importantly professional its an amazing place to stay in when visiting istanbul

Luxurious hotel, Nice decoration, special panoramic view to city. Polite and helpful staff. Well equipped and clean room.
Location is nice, though approach to city center is a little bit complicated

Excellent!!!! It was our 8th stay at Hilton Bomonti. As we were 6 people we had two triple rooms, during check-in we were offered an upgrade and were offered a Suite room, it was absolutely fantastic stay. Thank you once again
The main restaurant was crowded and staff could barely handle it. Anything else was perfect
