- I booked a family room and they gave us two separate connected rooms, which was larger than a family room. - The breakfast was fresh and very diverse. - The rooftop restaurant, cafe, and pool have amazing views. - There are several options for the pillows, and you can ask the staff to bring what you want. - The room cleaning service was good. - We had a couple of complaints regarding the smoke smell inside the room and the uncomfortable pillows, and the staff was responsive.
- No useful mirror in the room. - Although a non-smoking room, one of the rooms had cigarettes smell the first day. - The price of the items outside the fridge was not mentioned on the minibar price list, so we thought the waters and nuts are free of charge! - Tiny pools. - One could barely find a massage appointment.
