I'm 21 and I traveled with my 60 year old mother, and we were both blown away. Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed on the first floor, on the back side of the buiding, and we had a amazing terraces with a couch, 2 chairs, and an umbrella. The room itself was gorgeous. The shower basin was very shallow, so the bathroom floor often got pretty wet, but that was hardly an issue. The workout room was a bit of a joke, but we were on vacation, so it's not like we were going to workout anyways. The staff was absolutely delightful, and helped with everything we asked. Other reviewers complained about how dark the hotel was, but neither me nor my mother were bothered by it. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone traveling to Lisbon. It was such a novelty with fun furniture and great decorations.
