On checking in we found the staff unwelcoming and stand offish . There was problem with the safe and despite repeated requests it was never delt with which meant we were unable to use the facilities. Also the air con didn't work (by this point we had given up asking reception for anything.) There wasnt enough sockets in the room and none by the mirror which meant I struggled to straighten my hair .it would have nice to have some milk to go with the tea and coffee.

Breakfast was very disappointing hot section was less than warm staff said it’s hot so we only had toast didn’t want to eat sweet treats for breakfast not worth paying for

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was modern and very clean. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. The hotel is very close to the Metro - we arrived at Lisbon airport and were able to take the Metro from there to the hotel, so it's very convenient and no need to pay for a taxi. We were there in March, so the hotel probably gets busier in the summer months, but it was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms at all.
The room was quite small, but for the price we paid this was fine - it was clean and had all of the facilities we needed.

Nos dieron la habitacion con los requisitos que solicitamos, nos dejaron hacer el chek in antes y la habitacion estaba limpia y es grande. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida delicioso! La ubicacion es excelente cerca del metro y en la calle de las boutique !Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Lisboa!
